Very clean and great atmosphere...your employees were great..very warm. We would definitely stay again. We also felt safe walking around and we didn't worry about our vehicle at all the whole time we were there.

Pleasantly surprised when I checked in recently at the Signature for a quick business trip to San Francisco. The hotel is very fresh and contemporary - simple, quick check-in and a room that had more amenities than expected. Bright cheerful colors and modern furniture. The only downside is that there were absolutely no closet space which was not a major problem for me since I was traveling alone so I just lived out of my suitcase on the floor for two nights but it may be an issue for a couple or family (but maybe it was just the room that I had as I just needed a room for one person) Also be warned that there are NO elevators which made carrying my luggage to the third floor a bit of a challenge but that said I have a feeling that the friendly staff would be more than willing to help with the luggage. Customer Service at this hotel is as good as it gets! Neither the lack of closet space nor the lack of an elevator was a deal breaker for me. For the price point, this is an outstandingly good value, and I plan to return to the hotel on my next trip to San Francisco. Highly recommended

My wife and I stayed here for one night to fill in a travel gap. Clean place, friendly host and staff. The surrounding area is a little sketchy; think Uber when coming back during late hours. As with a lot of San Francisco, neighborhoods are slowly being gentrified. That being said, the room was adequate for our short term needs.
Room tip: Be aware of your environment, especially when walking from the Civic Center BART stop.

The property was very clean. The owners/management team were very friendly! I thought that parking was included in the nightly rate, but it is not. It is an additional $30. The garage is gated overnight. My bed was super comfy and the room is small, but was stocked with a coffee maker, mini fridge, iron, hair dryer, etc. This hotel is a great option for a quick stay for better value than most SF hotels!

My only issue was the front seat called us at 11:30 at night to move our car because someone couldn’t parallel park. Not appropriate to wake someone up because they can’t park very unfortunate. I am mad about that

This place is absolutely perfect for our big tribe! The staff are so nice and warm and welcoming free breakfast for all the kids comfy beds directions by love especially the triple bunk bed!! We are definitely going to keep this place in mind when we come back for visits to SF ❤️💖👍🏽🤩
