PHP 1,375/person Caticlan Airport Transfers (RT) to resort?

Hello,

We have an upcoming trip to Bora and the Resort we will be staying at charges Php 1,375 per person, round trip, to and from the Caticlan Airport. Is that worth it? Or should we just take the pubic transportation.

I know September is not the best month to go (Hoping for no typhoon) but this is the only time we can get out of our work.

Really appreciate your help!

Thanks,

Ram

Dear Rambittern Bora Bora is in French Polynesia and you would be lucky to get a transfer for 1375 dollars let alone pesos

Bora isnt short for Boracay and the locals find that term offensive.

I have a friend from French Polynesia and he said they don't also call Bora-Bora as just "Bora" and it's impolite to call it as just Bora.

It's worth it if you want special treatment and prefer not carrying your own luggage otherwise you could do the transfer DIY for half of that price.

Where is Bora? People on Boracay even corrected the last president when he said it, so get over the short cut names if offensive.

Your P1375 is a rip off. Contact Southwest Tours and check out their rates, its 1/3 of what you quoted unless you are in Bora Bora.Link below.

Time to move on for those with a pickle up their back side about calling Boracay Bora.

No on to the poster's question. That price is a huge rip off.

ITs not a prickle, its what locals want and appreciate.

Price is a rip off, yes, but which hotel is it? Maybe location is far.
