50-64 year old female

Daphne, Alabama

I have been very fortunate in my personal and professional life to travel more than most folks are able. Over time, the international travel bug has waned and w/ exception of New Zealand, Australia (again), London (5th time) and an African safari my husband and I now prefer to concentrate on N. American destinations. One of my large Bucket List items is to visit all our National Parks. We don't have kids, so our travel choices don't lean that direction. We are generally very happy with hotel rooms/rates like Hampton Inn, Fairfield Inn and the like. We don't need fancy at all; clean rooms with comfy beds are fine by us. We will occassionally spend over $300 a night for a very nice hotel or flat with a great location. Another thing we will splurge on is business class air for international flights using air miles. We're not night life party people at all. Activities after dinner may include live theater, concerts or walks in "safe" public areas.
