Spent 4 great nights at the Carlton Treviso. Very spacious and clean room. A lovely Buffet Breakfast and very helpful staff. Hotel is situated in a very quiet area and very close to the Train Station. Close to the city centre which only takes you a few minutes on foot

Parking on site was excellent. Location for a modern hotel was good. I liked the inlaid design on the room door and the bathroom tile. One of us is 6 foot 3 inches and the shower was too small. One of us is 5 foot 10 inches and the shower was small but not impossible. We thought breakfast was expensive at 15 euros each so we went to the nearby train station and got four cappuccinos and four chocolate croissants for 15 euros total. I can recommend the hotel.

Excellent location, hotel is just across the train station and couple of minutes walk from all shops and restaurants in the old town. Breakfast was very good too. Room big and spacious, good AC and WiFi. Unfortunately mosquitos in the room too so they were feasting on us every night. Overall happy with the hotel and facilities, we used it as a base to explore the Veneto area. Good value for money too. Very pleasant and helpful staff at Reception too.

This is a nice, well priced hotel in the heart of Treviso, close to the train station and a little walk into the action areas. Only issue I had was the service at breakfast, one of the waitresses was extremely rude to my wife. It was so difficult to get a coffee and due to a little mix up when we ordered Cafe Latte, and she just gave us milk, she was shouting across the rude pointing. Just feel coffee served to your table, instead of them talking tagalog constantly, would of been nicer

Having stayed at this hotel now I am really surprised the reviews are so mixed. It was far better than we hoped for and we had a lovely comfortable evening there.
We were on a train holiday so it was important to be near the station. This hotel is about five minutes and an easy walk away. We were welcomed warmly at reception and unusually our hotel had listened to our room requests. Unfortunately, no balcony rooms were available but the hotel has a wonderful large and comfortable terrace that provides an excellent relaxing area.
The room was basic but extremely comfortable. Good beds and pillows and excellent air-conditioning. There is a basic mini bar which is chargeable and an added luxury was that it had a bath!
We were room only so we can’t comment on the food but the Wi-Fi was free for unlimited devices and very high quality. All in all, this hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay and we would go there again without hesitation.
A special mention to the Reception staff who are outstanding.
