Where do I even begin with this horrible hotel? The service at the front desk was absolutely rude upon arrival. After a very long trip we finally arrived, the front desk needed a few documents which we thought were missing, (later we found them). You would have thought it was the absolute worse thing we could have done! Vincenzo yelled at us, was extremely rude and nasty. Once we located our documents for check in, he never even apologized! When you are an American checking into a foreign country as 2 young females, the VERY last thing you expect or want is to be yelled at by a male. This would never occur in the states! I am extremely disappointed with this hotel, nor will I ever return or recommend it to anyone. There are MUCH better hotels close to the airport with better and welcoming customer service. The beds are rock hard and the rooms smell also. Thank god this was at the very end of my trip otherwise my vacation week stay would have been ruined. My hotel in Florence was amazing! This hotel was awful. Never staying at a best western anywhere, not even in the USA, again.

We would like to apologize for your experience in our Hotel .

We regret to know you felt our front desk clerk Vincenzo was rude with you,but we assure it was just a misunderstanding probably related to the different languages .

Our staff is very professional and kind and Vincenzo just needed the passports that you did not have (at first ) for the mandatory registrations for the Police.

As you probably know it is not possible to check-in in an hotel in Italy without a document (whereas it is possible in USA) , and Vincenzo just wanted you to understand he could not give you the room key without the documents.

We hope you will understand we really care about our Guests’ opinions and really regret to know you did not feel welcome in our Hotel.

We hope you will reconsider the situation and give us another opportunity to let you spend a better experience in the near future .
