It has been most disappointing to read that we did not meet your expectations regarding the temperature in our hotel. It saddens us not to have been informed about this since we take the petitions of our guests into account. We keep a register of requests in an attempt to be proactive in order to adapt the general settings of the air conditioning and heating system accordingly to meet the requirements of our guests. Furthermore, we do our best to ensure that the noise levels always stay within reasonable limits so the rest of our guests are not disturbed. Sometimes unfortunately this is impossible to guarantee as not all visitors are equally respectful and for this we apologize.
Your comments regarding the quality of the food and drinks in our restaurant have also been taken very seriously indeed and we have relayed them directly to those responsible for our F&B department in order to discuss, revise and improve them wherever possible.
