This was my first stay at this property. It is part of the Best Western rewards program I like to use. It was close to where I had business and I thought I would try it. I was very pleased with the check in and out. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and very roomy with all the amenities I was looking for. (King suite). I felt like the value was very good and would choose this property again.

1st day door broken change room husband had words with manager asst manager was nice, tub cracked, walls so thin,hear pipes so clearly, no BIBLE, no clock, no TV guide, asked bed changed after 4 days wasn't done. They didn't vacuum when needed, but location was a 4 but all other 0 if I could had gotten my $960.00 back I would had that two wk stay, I will not be back. Unless it changes when it was Hilton it had too service I stayed 2 times. Cleaning personal didn't understand u English must be spoken that was not accepted.

We apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay with us. We just opened up our hotel and we are still undergoing renovations. Due to lack of housekeeping (178 rooms and only 4 housekeepers) during that time and also being sold out, our housekeeping staff is working hard to get to every guest room, we appreciate your patience. Our entire staff is working hard to address all guest needs. We are not a Hampton or a Hilton, the hotel is owned and operated by different management. We are working hard to address all issues and working on completing all renovations to the hotel. We hope you will consider giving us another chance in the future and show you all the changes we are making.

Was put into a room upstairs with pool view (requested at reservation). Ended up having hot water issues, with none the 2nd morning of a 3 night stay. The maintenance guy said there was no way to fix it & came down to the desk with me. The staff worked hard to find me another room in a sold-out hotel, & the maintenance guy specifically asked me if I would be ok & feel safe in a first floor room. I did for 1 night, so it worked out. Really appreciated the question
Recently refurbished/rebranded so don't let old obsolete Hampton reviews deter you.

Needed a room for one night for friend traveling with me back from MA in mid-Dec and found this hotel based on rates that matched my price point and recent positive reviews. I'm adding to those positives as while we had minor glitches with availability of a couple of items at breakfast buffet, it certainly wasn't enough to mark them down for it, esp since I later had a nice chat with the manager who apologized for the problems we encountered.
The first floor room was clean and no issues with it that we noticed. The front desk folks were friendly and helpful. As we only needed this to stay overnight, didn't use the pool or other facilities. This hotel has only been open for less than a year as a SureStay as i understand it so if you see older negative Hampton reviews for this location, you should probably discount and/or ignore those, as I did, ok?
The only possible negative about this hotel (AND all the other hotels in the same close vicinity: On US-19 between Rt 60/Gulf-to-Bay and Drew St) is NOT the hotels fault, it's due to the roadway! Because US-19 is a limited access highway so you sometimes have to go just a bit north or south via access roads om either side and U-turn to get where you need to go. Locals are used to it and it's only a long block or so at most extra but just wanted to point it out for tourists.
Hope to be able to return to this hotel next fall on my next trip back to FL!

Very much enjoyed my stay, great rates, was an old Hampton I was told and the renovations are like wow! Very clean, friendly staff. Only complaints are a bit of noise bc very thin walls, overzealous housekeeping, and pool was cold when told was heated, other than that amazing!
