I would like to first apologize for the room issues mentioned. I would like to assure you that this was an isolated case with one room. Had you mentioned this to us before check out then we could have moved you to a different room. However I am glad that the we took ownership and discounted your charges for your sleeping room.

Our front desk staff did reach out to the guest next door and we actually were able to quiet them down.
