Thank you for your feedback. We acquired new owners on August 3, 201 and they are working hard to make Sure Stay Plus Jacksonville, NC choice of hotels for your lodging needs. We have gotten alot done since they cam on board and have lots of plans for 2020. We are ending the year with 2 Hydro Massage Tables delivered today for guest use. Many of our rooms had phones not working due to hurricane shorting out some of the lines and previous owners had not repaired. We acquired new owners in August and they are working very hard to get back to where they need to be. We do/did not have any showers not working. We are, however in the process of upgrading bathroom fixtures as they break down. New linen has been dispersed throughout the hotel. Many more changes and upgrades coming in 2020.

We are very aware this is an old building and working hard to get it back to standards. We currently acquired new owners in August and they have plans in the works. Previous owners had let alot if things go. We have had all rooms and hallways shampooed shampooed in the last month as well as each AC unit removed and cleaned. Some new linens have been ordered and disbursed. Currently looking into new bathroom fixtures and door locks. As with any new owner takeover, these things take time. Until then we will continue to provide friendly guest service. We also have plans to rework breakfast area. Visit us again and watch us grow.
