Unfortunately, it has bedbugs. My husband and I got bitten in our hands and we figured out early in the morning, I told the lady in the front she said Oh, I let the manager call you, and I have never heard from him. Moreover, we took the infection to our house, and I got bitten several times. Now, I'm struggling with bedbugs for the first time in my life, and I have ordered so many stuff with hundreds of dollars to get rid of these ugly insects. All of that because we spent one night in SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western in Nashville, so frustrated. Please stay away from that hotel if you care about your family.

Hello,
Thank you for taking your time to review our hotel and to give us chance to improve our self. When guest let us know about a situation where we improve our self we take it seriously and specially with it comes to bed bugs. To prevent this kind of situation from the beginning we have bedbug protectors in all of our rooms and we have also trained our housekeeping staff to detect any sign of bedbugs and get it treated. The room that you and your husband stayed in we got it professionally inspected by a pest control company to make sure and they didn't find any trace of bed bugs. We tried to contact you but for some reason we couldn't get hold of you but please next time when you come by this way please let us take care of you and make your experience satisfying at our hotel. Our goal at the hotel is to give satisfying experience too all our guests.

We stayed at the Sure Stay Best Western motel in La Vergne, Tennessee. The room was clean. The breakfast was very good with a variety of choices of hot and cold foods. The staff were helpful and friendly. We had our grandson with us. He rested very soundly and enjoyed the visit as well.

The dusty air conditioners had mold/mildew coming out of it. The caulk around the sink was obviously done by the staff there, not professionally done at all (I would've caulked it cleaner/better), plus a loose bathtub faucet. One of my nights, the room was NOT done (used towels were still on the floor, no new towels or soap when I returned that night). Some of the yogurt was still frozen. I understand that you get what you pay for, but you could tell that this manager obviously cut corners to try to save money, again, only as compared to other Best Western properties -- this location had slightly smaller rooms, again the mildewy odor eminating from the a/c unit (not to mention smelly hallway), & the blue "Please Make Up Room" sign still in the door when I came back the second night (dirty towels still on floor, no new towels). Just compared to other Best Western properties, this location was generally a fail, saved only by its friendly front desk staff.

Wife is disabled and originally was given a room on the second floor. Well the building does not have an elevator so that wasn't going to work. Then was given a room near the back and was told to use the back doorway. Well they are reroofing the building there is trash everywhere and people throwing stuff in the dumpster by the door and they were also missing it. So you were walking through a war zone. Once I got in the room it was very presentable and so I went to go get ice and the ice machine on the first floor was out. Guess what no elevator to the second floor so I had to walk up there to get it. Then once we were settled in our room you could hear then pounding on the roof which I understand that part but then then about two hours later there was a toxic smell coming through the a/c system, the smell was so strong I was getting light headed. I went to the front desk about it and they said, "Oh they are gluing down the roof that there was nothing they could do." I even mentioned the war zone but it seemed to fall on deaf ears. The next problem was the TV system. More than half the channels were not working and it specifically states to call the front desk and my wife did and was told, "the roofers knocked the dish out of alignment and they refused to come back to fix it. We have had several calls on the issue. If you keep checking it may come back." Well guess what it never did. So there is no way I would recommend the place. Not even to my worst enemy. I am amazed Best Western would even put their name to a place like this.

Payment issues (a hold on the card for the same total amount that was already paid online and still not removed after almost a week; usually even 3 or 4 or possibly 5 star hotels do not hold this much if I am not mistaken), no bottled water for the AM coffee, coffee machine sloppy and needed a change though it still was able to brew, heavy mold odor upon entering the room and the imminent feeling of mediocre quality
