We completely understand your frustration and we are looking further into the matter. There was an error and once we found it we refunded the $50 back to your card. As we have advised, sometimes it can take a while to show on your statement, however, we will check with our merchant processor to make sure the problem is not on our end. We certainly apologize for your experience and that you felt the response and concern were lacking. In our team meeting, the day you reported this, we discussed at great length with our room attendants, maintenance staff and inspectors the importance of checking the floors thoroughly for items left behind. We are taking new additional measures of using a flashlight during room inspections which we believe will help, We do appreciate that you brought this to our attention and assure you that we took it very seriously.
