Thank you for the wonderful review. We want to thank you for being a loyal BW Plus Wooster guest, we strive to provide great customer service and get to know each and everyone of our guests. However, when a guest continues to return to the hotel, this makes it possible for this to take place.
The lobby bar is a great spot to get to talk to other guests, our employee's and just relax. It is a small lobby bar but serves the purpose at the hotel and with the lobby being open and large, there is plenty of space for several guests to enjoy this atmosphere.

Thank you for the wonderful review. The hotel was built in Historic Downtown Wooster in 1979, we have made several updates over the last three years and are continuing to do so. The lobby brick floor is original and we are hoping to keep as part of the original build.
Our breakfast is in full operation, just shorted the hours by one hour. Breakfast during the week is from 6am to 9am and on the weekend it is from 7am to 10am. We have precautions in place for a fully operational breakfast area, gloves, sanitizer, constant sanitization of the tables and other items. We are so pleased to hear you enjoyed it.
The staff here at BW Plus is small but mighty, teamwork is how we work and we are so pleased to help our guest when they are needing help.
