Georgius hotel with everything you would imagine for a luxury hotel. Only complaint is guests need to be warned of the amount of chlorine they put in their pools. My wife wore her brand new name brand suit that was not cheap and the chlorine faded the color. We brought it to management's attention and filled out the proper documents to file a damage report and they pretty much said sorry to be you today and did nothing to make it right. They had so much chlorine in the pool your skin feels like a lizard after getting out....yet they say they test daily and it is within the limits...right... maybe for a cespool of contamination. Again, very pretty hotel but will never stay here again due to the way they feel about treating their customers.
Nice hotel, but I've stayed at much nicer in Vegas

Love the casino floor and exterior of this property especially the Lake of Dreams and the adjacent restaurants. Nicely appointed and beautiful designed. My room stay on the other hand was just average. I do love the integration of tech in each Smart Room. This includes tablet control for everything from TV to shades to drapes to ordering room service. They also offer a wonderful integration with an Alexa in the room that takes voice commands for the same. You can dim the room lights and open the drapes all from the tablet or voice prompts. The bathroom is OK, nothing special as it's oddly situated with two vanities and an odd 4 shelf leather unit sitting in the middle. Water pressure is good and the room is fairly spacious. I've stayed at a great number of rooms in Vegas and Wynn doesn't make my list - after staying here twice both in regular rooms and Tower Suites. Please note there is NO difference between Tower and regular rooms except the pricing. It's literally the same exact room and same views. The only difference is the separate registration and elevator bank...which is also one of the issues as with the regular rooms, you get access to at least 6 elevator banks, while with Tower, only three and they move somewhat slowly as a result. I would not go for a Tower Suite unless you think you're a baller and want to toss $ down the drain. On both stays, I've had room issues with items broken and the staff don't seem to care about customer service. Good luck if you want a late check out - they just don't exist here as much as they tell you to call at 7A to check with the Front Desk (LMAO). The rooms have thin walls so you hear your neighbors quite a bit - I found this to be appealing frankly - especially in Vegas where people don't tend to sleep.

As the title states, I do love this hotel. But it a hotel is a 5 star hotel, all aspects of one's stay should reflect the rating. I arrived on Friday at 12:30pm. and did not expect my room to be ready as check-in is at 3 pm. 3pm came and went . I checked the status, and they were working on it. They had blocked me into a specific room. At 4:30, there is still no room. However,
the young lady at the front desk, who was very pleasant, offered to give me an available room. The room was not ideal, and after 4 hours, it was my decision to wait a few a bit longer while they waited for the clean room to be released. Maybe I am asking too much, but if a room is blocked for someone who checked in at 12:30, wouldn't a 5 start property put a bit of urgency into getting the room ready? Then today, the safe in my room wouldn't open. I called at 3:40 pm for assistance. By 4 p.m., no one had arrived, and I spoke to the front desk, who said they would expedite the matter .At 445pm, I had to leave for dinner, and no one had come to assist me. I am here for 3 more days and hope this does not speak of things to come. Yes, the hotel is fully booked, but I don't see how this can be given as an excuse at a hotel that prides itself on being a 5 star property

Had better past experiences at the Wynn. Usually, you can count on the experience of the Wynn's Tower Suites to be good. You are definitely paying for an upgrade in service - even more so than the Encore Tower Suites. Unfortunately, our experience did not match our expectations. The rooms are still spacious and have a luxury feel. Unfortunately the service from the front desk and concierge are sub-par. We had a surly receptionist who really seemed to not like her job, and not appreciate guests. I tried smiling, making a few jokes... she couldn't be bothered to make us feel welcomed and was very unhelpful. Pulling information from her was like pulling her teeth. I had mentioned in the reservation that we would be early (international flights coming in), but that while I did not expect the room to necessarily be ready on time, at least being ready for the check in time would have been nice. No smile, no apology... just out of her hands. I had double checked on the rooms (including names on the rooms) twice in the days prior. Regardless, it was a mess. And then our rooms were not ready at check in time. Instead of realizing that after a long international flight (from Japan - which I had mentioned when checking in) we would be tired and in need of our rooms, or at least an alternative, She told us to move aside and she would text us when the room was ready... the problem was there was no where in the reception to sit and we were exhausted (and traveling with my 88 year old grandmother). What happened to the great customer service of the past? Is it training? Was it us? Did she not like the way we looked? I feel that we were all dressed business casual and were not rowdy or rude.
Likewise, the Tower Suites seems to have put a smoking section right be it's front desk (right next to the bar) in a way that you cannot avoid the strong smell and plumes of smoke. Sitting in the bar area at the Tower Suites used to be a nice experience - a way to avoid the loud, heavy crowds of the hotel's casino floor. Not so much anymore.
A few years ago, I stopped staying at the Bellagio, preferring the Wynn's level of service and luxury. It might be time to revisit that move.

This is one of the most fabulous hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The resort is very large so it takes some time to better understand how to get around and where things are located. One tip, if you get a private cabana at the main pool at Wynn side of resort, find one on the second level if you want privacy, and go on the first level for a more party/public experience. The rooms in the hotel are fantastic and the walls have wood coverings along with real art. It feels very high end even thought I was in a standard king room. The restaurant options are vast, my favorite spot was Delilah's located out of the way towards the conference area. There is a live singer (speak easy feel) with bass and piano players along side, this spot has two levels upper and lower plus an outdoor area. I would recommend a reservation on the lower level in the stage area for the maximum experience. Overall, love this resort!
