The apartments are located on the first floor, separate from our own residence. Therefore, we are on hand to welcome guests and answer any questions/offer advice durng their stay should they require.
Visited the apartment in Las Brenas, March 7th to 14th. Lucky with the weather but can't speak highly enough about our hosts, Cerys and Paul. The two apartments are on the ground floor with a lovely shared pool, Cerys and Paul live above on the first floor. They were always attentive but never intrusive. Self catering facilities are excellent. Las Brenas is a lovely quiet village in the hills above Playa Blanca, which is just a 15 minute drive by car.
Peaceful and tranquil holiday with lovely sea views looking across the pool. We definitely intend returning for another peaceful week next year.

Great place!
We spent 1 month in this very nice and perfectly equipped apartment of Cerys and Paul in Las Brenas. Everything is super pleasant and cosy inside of this suite, it´s nicely furnished with beautiful colors and materials. Looking to the outside over the swimming pool to the Atlantic ocean was as beautiful as you can see on the pictures. Not easy to find such a nice accomodation in Lanzarote :-)

Perfect Winter Stay in Lanzarote
My wife and I travel to Spain in winter for the sunshine. In the past few years we have stayed on the Costa del Sol and this time decided to have a change in Lanzarote. We definitely made the right decision. From the very first email that I sent communication with the owners, Paul and Cerys, was excellent. During our stay they are always on hand to help in any way they can and their hospitality is excellent. The location of these two apartments is stunning, set in Las Brenas about 5 minutes drive from Playa Blanca. The views are exceptional from the pool area and it is so peaceful and relaxing. The apartment was absolutely spotless and has absolutely everything you need for a long stay. The beds are extremely comfortable with mattress toppers and plenty of space to put your clothes. There are two bathrooms both with brilliant showers. The kitchen is really well equipped and leads out on to the living area with two sofas and full English TV and on demand movies and series. The swimming pool is enough to do lengths in and is heated with solar power. The hosts Paul and Cerys are very experienced in the hospitality sector and have lived in Lanzarote for over 12 years now. They have designed the two apartments perfectly for anyone looking for a lovely break in the sun. In summary I would say that if you are looking to take a break in the lovely Lanzarote sun at any time of the year then this is the place for you. Big thank you to Paul and Cerys for a fantastic 7 weeks and the best recommendation is we have booked to go back in January 2023 for 8 weeks.

A delightful apartment with stunning views from a large heated swimming pool.
My wife and I were cut short by one day/night on arrival in Lanzarote. The owners of Los Arcos kindly offered the use of one of their apartments for the day at most reasonable rate. The compact apartment was well arranged and equipped to provide a very comfortable stay which we much enjoyed.
Warmly recommended.

This is a little gem in a beautiful location away from the busy tourist area, with views of the sea
The apartment is beautifully clean, spacious and well equipped. You can tell that the owners Cerys and Paul have paid attention to every detail, and lots of finishing touches have been added. The location is quiet and peaceful and there is an attractive, well kept pool. The views of the sea from the apartment's terrace and the pool are simply stunning.
The owners are friendly and nothing is too much trouble - we will be returning and would highly recommend.

Great stay
We had a lovely holiday in this well kept appartment. Paul and Cerys, the owners, took very well care of us and has build a great place to stay, away from the busy tourism but close enough to go out for a drink and find some great restaurants.
The pool is lovely and the views are breathtaking.
We will be back to enjoy the place and the friendly owners.

Truly Breathtaking!
I cannot stress this enough - you have to stay here.
The accommodation, location and hosts are all outstanding and it made for one of the best breaks we've had there.
We are regular Lanzarote visitors having fallen in the love with the island, however this break took it to a whole new level.
Our accommodation was clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed. We had full access to the beautiful pool and certainly made use of it when the weather was a little warm.
The view from the suite is something you must see to believe, it is truly magical and probably one of the best views you will ever have.
The owners of the property, Cerys and Paul, were always friendly and helpful - they cannot do enough to help if you need anything. If you don't speak Spanish both are fluent so are able to help with any questions you have.
Los Arcos will give you a relaxing, magical holiday and many a happy memory. Highly highly recommended!

Las Breñas is a stunning mountain village located 5km from resort of Playa Blanca, south of the island. This pretty Canarian village offers guests a relaxing, calm alternative stay away from the hustle and bustle of main tourist area but still within easy reach of facilities. The village hub is centred around the local bar and restaurant, 5 minute stroll from Los Arcos.

Getting around
A car is recommended for guests. The main resort is a short 5km drive away for main facilities such as banks, pharmacy, larger supermarkets. However, our neighbouring villages of Yaiza and Femes, a short 2 minute drive offer Cafes, Restaurants and smaller mini markets for all essentials.
Taxis are readily available and can be booked via telephone for those wanting a lunch or evening out without wishing to drive. The average cost is €10 - €15 each way
