In a quiet family-oriented neighborhood on the highly coveted Peachtree Corners side of Norcross, GA, which is a beautifully lively city in Gwinnett County, right outside the perimeter (OTP - Atlanta lingo!).
Please respect the neighborhood and our neighbors by keeping noise levels down, no loitering and no smoking in the front of the building. We value our good relationships with our neighbors and want to keep them intact. Also, no unregistered guests inside without host permission.
You’re less than 10 minutes away from shopping galore at the outdoor luxury mall - The Forum on Peachtree Parkway! Perimeter Mall is 15 minutes away. Trader Joe’s, Target, Publix, TJ Maxx, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Aldi, Dollar Tree.
Getting around
Traveling by car is ideal in this area.
Parking is free and easy at the townhouse. You are assigned 2 parking spaces. Please direct your visitors to park on the street if your 2 spaces are full.
The Gwinnett County Transit bus runs locally. Closest bus stop is a 13 minute/0.6 mile walk at Holcomb Bridge Rd & Peachtree Corners Circle.
You can park at the Marta Doraville train station, just a 13 minute drive, to conveniently get Downtown to all of the ATL tourist sites!
We’re just a 35 minute drive from Hartsfield-Jackson Airport without traffic and only a 25 minute drive to Downtown Atlanta.
