The villa has a covered veranda terrace and outside patio pool areas, for alfresco dining or barbeques. An unusually large 60 square meter heated swimming pool with roman steps access, pool shower, gardens, barbeques - games area, pool table, 6 sunbeds and garden furniture's.
Change over day can be any day, please refer to the notes for further clarifications.
Weekly minimum stay rate £875 is based on 1 to 4 guests staying. Add ₤35 pounds per person per week up to 6 guests maximum sharing.
(This equates to great value of ₤22 per person per night based on 6 sharing the luxury accommodation).

Gorgeous villa
Would just like to thank Peter the owner for our visit to his beautiful villa vispera, in tias, everything about this villa is wonderful, it was in a great quiet location in the village of tias, just few mins drive or taxi into puerto del carmen (our taxi was approx €8 one way and local taxi firm were quick and efficient, when we wanted to go into town for meal and drinks, but we did have hire car, a 7 seater for duration of weeks stay too, from plus cars, cost of €229, total.
This villa is absolutely spotlessly clean with beautiful deco and furniture, it had everything needed and was a real home from home, a massive plus for us also was the comfy bed, wow, we slept so, so well, there were 6 adults in the villa but never got under each others feet, as bathrooms (one was en suite) and other inbetween 2 of the bedrooms were huge and one of the best showers , ever!.
The weather while we were there (end Nov) was fantastic so we used the patio and heated pool quite a bit, and bbq was added bonus as was the pool table!. All in all we would definitely recommend this villa, you will no doubt love it just as much as we did!, making fab family memories.

Five Star + ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Villa Vispera was absolutely fantastic in every way.
We have been visiting Lanzarote since 1995 and this has been by far the best Villa we have stayed in.
Situated in a nice, peaceful and secluded cul de sac it’s also close to most amenities.
The Villa itself is gorgeous, comfortable and has a lovely homely feel.
With 4 kids, the pool was a must. It was just superb, very well maintained and great for the kids.
The bbq area with the pool table is an added bonus to keep older kids entertained.
We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this Villa.

Fantastic villa
We stayed here January 2022 This villa is spacious as everything you could want large private pool with sun beds umbrella and pool table kitchen cooker fridge freezer large televisions inside lounge and outside near pool .The shower rooms all brand new immaculate very large .Tias as some loverly restaurants and bars 5 mins walk also buses into puerto del carman 10 mins or taxis. We were 5 adults and still plenty of space the photos do not do this villa justice it was immaculate the best villa we have stayed in and rebooked cannot wait

Wow even better than last time we stayed
Just back from a wonderful week staying at Villa Vispera in Tias. I just love this villa, its so private and wonderfully luxurious. The new main bathroom is fantastic and the new tiling around the pool is simply beautiful. Sooo looking forward to our next visit.

Fantastic Villa
We've just got home from an amazing week away in Villa Vispera. From the moment we walked through the door we felt we were home from home and completely relaxed. The villa was spotlessly clean and furnished to an exceptionally high standard (in fact nicer than the photos- with new settees, new bedroom furniture, two new bathrooms and the pool area re-done). We've had hours of fun in the pool and playing on the pool table, and enjoyed relaxing on the shaded outside terrace in the heat of the day. The outside area is completely private with great views. The supermarket less than a 10 minute walk away and has everything you'd ever need. Peter kindly allowed us a later checkout on our departure day as we weren't flying until late evening, which was really helpful. Dean tripped over to see us on arrival to check we were okay and was just a phone call away if we needed anything. There really isn't a single negative thing I could say about Vispera - not even any constructive criticism- we loved every second of being there and all wanted to stay longer.

Fantastic villa
We had an amazing time over the Easter holidays with our two boys at Villa Vispera. The villa is extremely comfortable and well equipped. The pool and outdoor areas are great and were used every day. The pool does not have much of a shallow end but we are all are confident swimmers so that was not a problem. It is a really good size and was a nice temperature throughout our stay.
The tiles around the swimming pool and pool table are very modern and make the place look very stylish. The pool table is a great addition and was well used. The bathrooms are simply fantastic - we didn’t want to get out of the showers! We had no problem getting our boys to have a shower - something we frequently have to nag them to do at home!
The bedrooms are very well thought out and there were loads of clothes hangers - something we usually find lacking when we have been to other villas in the past. There was loads of wardrobe space in every bedroom and the beds were comfortable. We used the air conditioning/heaters occasionally in the evenings to warm the bedrooms up and they were very economical to run. It only cost us a few euros for the week.
The kitchen had everything we could ever need and the washing machine was great. There is a sunny courtyard just off the kitchen and utility room that has plenty of hanging space for any laundry you might wash whilst there. The smart TV in the lounge/dining room was great - giving us access to our Netflix account, and You Tube when our boys needed entertainment! The settees are huge and very comfortable.
In summary, everything about this villa has been extremely well thought out. The furniture is modern and the decoration makes it feel like home from home. We would definitely recommend it and we will certainly be back next time we visit Lanzarote.

Superb!
My wife and I are frequent visitors to Lanzarote, staying in various villas across the island. Being pensioners we are keen to ensure that we get value for money whilst staying in first class villas. Having read reviews of Villa Vispera we thought it would be ideal for us. So,during our 4 weeks stay, what problems did we encounter? None. Was the villa up to expectations? Yes. The key question is "Would we consider staying in Villa Vispera again?" Well, put it this way, half way through the holiday we booked again for 2020. Says it all really! Anything we could add...fan-blinking-tastic!!

Fantastic
If your looking for total satisfaction from owner/staff and placement this villa holiday just ticks all the boxes a holiday should.
There is no area left for disappointment every entertainment detail for both young and elderly has been covered the villa is situated in a residential area yet no more than a 10 minute cheap taxi fare ride and your in the Lanzarote main front with great restaurants and amazing shops the main food stores are within easy reach and Tias has its own restaurants and bars with a large supermarket so if you want to just stay local or enjoy the villa surroundings everything is catered for all in all there are not enough nice things to say about this villa and the way it is run and looked after.

Arrived at villa viscera and from the moment I opened the door the villa amazed and made me smile there is nothing about this villa that doesn’t please you and from Peter that owns it and all the staff who look after you and the villa during your stay is what makes your holiday first class can’t say I’ve ever stayed in a better villa.

So good, we've booked it again
Wow, was our fist reaction when we walked into this beautiful villa, we literally dumped our cases and took off exploring the place. Rooms are bright, well decorated with lovely furnishings and very comfortable. Air conditioning in all of the bedrooms and living room, well stocked utensils and crockery, everything we needed to cook breakfast and snacks, fabulous pool and outdoor space and gorgeous views out to sea. Really comfy beds too.
There were 2 of us in 60's, 2 forty somethings and 2 17 year old. Wifi, pool table and Love Island catch up were appreciated by the young ones and kept them entertained when not in the pool. Tias is a lovely quiet village, we visited here last year (stayed in a different villa) and loved the friendly people. The supermarket has everything you need, there is also a British shop called 'A Little Bit Bazar' which sells lovely pork sausages for breakfast as well as a range of other favourites. The village is a short walk of about 5 minutes max up a small incline and has some lovely places to eat and drink. Our favourite bar is Luna Nueva on same side as Supermarket just a little further along the street, they also do English fish & chips every Friday with massive fresh fish and it's very cheap. Saturday has live music and everyone gets up to dance. There is also a fab bakery just opposite this bar and it's even open on Sundays.
No noise pollution from aircraft, very quiet residential area and well looked after. Taxi into Puerto del Carmen arrived a few minutes after booking (most of the time) and only cost about 8 euro each way for a five or 8 seater cab.
We found Peter was super to communicate with, very helpful and generous and his manager Dean who popped in on our fist day was also a top bloke who went out of his way to make us feel welcome. This is the only time we have ever re-booked the same villa, the pictures really don't do it justice as there is a top of the range new en-suite bathroom, new aircon installed in the bedrooms and there is major works planned with a new kitchen, pool area and new family bathroom, no expense spared, We were really impressed and just can't wait to go back next year.
