Home from home
Everything about this property is amazing beautiful garden which was greatly enjoyed by our dog. Cottage has everything you need. Owners home attached and although they are lovely people they allow you great privacy. Visit the area twice a year to catch up with family and we have now found out home from home. Can’t wait till out next visit. P.S Hope Charlie enjoys the snack we left for him. Thanks for everything Janet

Great little break
Wonderful host, left a bottle of wine and a card as it was booked for my mothers birthday which i thought was a lovely personal touch. My mum and dad said it was a beautiful little lodge, clean and tidy and perfect for the dog to join them. They'd happily book again. Thankyou

Beutiful haven
This is a lovely cottage adjoining the owners' home in the most beautiful gardens. The cottage is very comfortable and very well equipped with everything you could need. The rural setting alongside the river and amongst fields provided a brilliant place to relax and unwind. There are plenty of lovely towns within easy reach to visit, and it is not far to get to the seaside!

A proper Bolthole
A great name for this cottage. It does feel like a real Bolthole. In a beautiful setting with far reaching views across fields, you can sit in the lounge, or decking outside if it's warm enough and relax watching the beautiful sunsets. It's a simple cottage with all the essential equipment needed, a huge comfortable super king bed and nicely decorated. It was very clean. We appreciated the quiet and tranquility. Trevor and Andy were on hand for if we had any problems but respected our privacy. We enjoyed our stay.

Lives up to it's name
had never been to this area before looked on line saw Bolt Hole cottage and thought it looked nice so booked it for. Well it lived up to the photos, clean welcoming, every think you needed for a break from the stress of normal life. a beautiful; garden with lovely views, the bed was the biggest and so comfortable that we had ever slept in a rental property. The fens were great for a walk, very open and with what seemed like unless views into the distance with not an hedge insight. we have already decided that we would like to revisit in the future to see more of the area and to visit some of the museums and attractions once they are opened with less restrictions due to Covid 19. Thank you Trevor for having such a wonderful cottage to rent out for people to stay.
