You will need to purchase more of these consumables if you need them for the rest of your stay.  DESCRIPTION: This spacious townhouse accommodation is tucked into the quiet back corner of a very small group of townhouses at 125 Glenlyon Road, near Lygon St. It combines the room sizes of a large home with a large, leafy, outdoor balcony and a beautiful downstairs courtyard. This home is 192 m2 plus a large balcony and separate courtyard. They don't make town houses this big any more! The laundry/kitchenette facilities downstairs include an iron and ironing board, a separate washing machine, moisture-sensing clothes dryer and tub, as well as a bar fridge, microwave and a small supply of cutlery, crockery, cups and cleaning products. Off-street car parking is generally available for one car, with additional free and unlimited parking on the street LOCATION: Nearby in Sydney Road and Lygon St just around the corner, you will find an interesting selection of colourful shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, a supermarket, ATMS etc; all your everyday needs are catered for. There are plenty of bars, and a live music scene as well. The area is among the best-served by public transport in Melbourne. GOOD TO KNOW *Very early and late arrivals require the following fees to have someone there at these times: Between 6:00 am and 9:30 am: $25.00 Between 5:30 pm and 9:00 pm: $25.00 Between 9:00 pm and midnight $55.00 Between midnight and 6:00 am: $100.00 Service fee: $180 per stay We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site once your booking is confirmed, and your security deposit is processed; a week before arrival. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day. Check-in On check-in, the person whose name is on the booking must be present, and will be asked to:  · provide the matching photo ID  · sign a registration form confirming the receipt of remotes, keys and parking permits and your acceptance of our StayCentral Terms & Conditions; including the authorisation for StayCentral to use the security deposit held by us as payment for any expenses as described in the above Terms.   Please ask us about this if it may not be possible. Pet stays NB: Many of our properties, (but not this one), are pet-friendly, but only with approval, and as long as they are quiet, and do not damage or climb on the furnishings! The minimum pet stay fee is $150 and daily fees vary from $20 down to $5 for longer stays. SECURITY BOND We require a minimum security bond of $1,000, which increases for long stays and last-minute bookings. The bond will be charged to your credit card used for the booking, or by EFT, and released after your departure (subject to a damage and excess cleaning check). The bond will be debited for any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning or food or rubbish removal. Any credit cards used must be verified by our SecureID security verification process. Cards that cannot be verified will not be accepted. Please enquire with us for more details before making a booking.

We will retain the entire bond if the property smells of cigarette smoke. Guests are required to enter and exit the property quietly. Guests who cause distress to neighbours will be removed, no refund will be due, and we will not be responsible for finding or funding alternate accommodation. Nor will we be responsible for any other associated costs. StayCentral has a ‘No-Party’ policy. Automatic $1,000 disturbance charges apply to any guest who disturbs neighbours with parties.

Amazing location
The location of this place is amazing. So close to Lygon St and Sydney Road which both have heaps of cool bars, restraunts, shops and cafes. It's also just about 20mins by tram into the city. We stayed here with friends and found it really spacious and private- was great having two bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped and host was very responsive with easy check in instructions. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely and convenient town house
This was an amazing place to stay. Lots of space both indoors and out. We loved sitting amongst the balcony greenery or in the quirky courtyard downstairs. The property was fully equipped with everything we possibly could have needed for our stay here. The location is also very convient, close to great cafes, restaurants, bars, and an easy tram into the city.

Quiet, comfortable and great location
This place was great, all the various forms of public transport were nearby so getting into the City was no problem. You just have to remember to buy your myki card available at the nearby newsagent. Plenty of restaurants and pubs to choose from, all within an easy walk or tram ride if you want to explore further afield. The unit was very comfortable and quiet. We liked the well set up kitchen, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Excellent choice
Fantastic apartment. Spacious and light-filled with great facilities. Superb kitchen - well-equipped and well-stocked; huge living area and beautiful, north-facing balcony/terrace. Great location close to restaurants bars and public transport. Cannot recommend highly enough.
