Positioned in the heart of beautiful El Campello a car is not necessary for this holiday. A short stroll will take you to the beach and the lovely promenade area where you can choose from several bars and eateries with an extensive range of cuisines. You can take a trip into the city or travel as far north as Denia with Benidorm, Albir and Altea as day trip locations. This lovely residence is close to shops, banks and the local municipal park where you can sit and enjoy a coffee while the children play. Entrance Entrance through the newly decorated lobby area where you can take the elevator to the second floor. The apartment has its own private, secure door and intercom system. The tiled hallway is bright with a large mirror and table. To the right of the hall is the kitchen. It is fully tiled and has a window with a new roller blind. There is plenty of cupboard storage, a double sink with mixer tap, microwave oven, coffee-maker, mini-oven, fridge-freezer and kettle. The built-in Zanussi hob has 4 rings with an overhead extractor fan and an oven underneath. The kitchen has a small table and chairs if you want to sit for a quick coffee whilst preparing breakfast! Conveniently there is a separate utility room housing the washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and board, cleaning utensils etc. Body boards are stored here too and you are welcome to use them if you want to try out at the local beach! Double doors will take you through to the large and sunny open plan lounge and dining area. Recently decorated it is a chic and relaxing space. The quality dining table is sturdy and extendible and it can easily seat 8 - 10 people. The chairs are bucket style and super comfortable. Great care has been taken with the interior design and the colourful rug, cushions and curtains tie it all together. Relax on the couch and watch a movie or two on the flat-screen TV which is mounted on a bracket and pivots for optimum viewing. The modern touch lamp is a lovely feature as is the nest of tables. Double sliding patio doors lead from the lounge out to a furnished balcony where you can sit and watch the world go by. The new awning and persian blind will keep you cool during the summer months as will the ceiling fan and A/C unit. Bedroom 1 is just off the living room. It has a double bed, two bedside lockers both with modern lamps and a wardrobe. There is air-conditioning and a persian blind to ensure a cool and comfortable room temperature at all times. The ensuite bathroom has a full-size bath, new shower, toilet and bidet. The sink has a feature mirror with lamps and a heated towel rail provides a little bit of luxury. The second bedroom has a double bed with a brand new chest of drawers. The roman blind and persian blind will ensure the room is pleasantly cool at all times. Bedroom three is at the rear of the apartment and has a double bed with a pull-out z bed and therefore sleeps three in total. It is a bright and airy room looking out onto the balcony. The fourth and final room has two single beds with bedside lockers, built-in wardrobes with drawers and therefore plenty of storage. There is a small table and two chairs. The sliding glass doors lead out onto a large furnished balcony where you can enjoy the mountain view. This room has feature wall spotlights. And finally a family bathroom with a small bath and a full-size sliding bath screen, shower, sink with feature mirror, toilet and bidet. There is a cot and high-chair available if needed.
