The Ixora development is situated in Jamestown Park, Holetown, in the heart of Barbados' west coast. The 10 apartments are only a 4 minute walk to Settlers beach; also within walking distance is the very upscale shopping complex Lime Grove, where you can find the finest high end retailers, as well as restaurants, bars, cafes and a cinema. The apartments at Ixora have been built with the emphasis on outdoor living, with open-plan spaces and full-width sliding doors leading onto large private patios, in addition to a shared swimming pool on site. Lovely apartment, great location

We loved this apartment which was exactly like the trip adviser photographs and reviews. It was in a great location, in a lovely, small exclusive block. It was very peaceful and we enjoyed talking to the few other guests around the pool. Pool/beach towels were also provided and there was a washing machine. The apartment was very clean, and the grounds were very well looked after. We were impressed with how easy it was to book and the taxi to/from the airport was also organised very efficiently. We would definitely recommend it to others.

Amazing holiday!

My husband and I rented the IXORA 5 apartment for 10 nights in May 2015. We decided to not rent a car, because the location of the IXORA complex, in Holetown, is perfect. 10 minutes walk to the closest beach, close to public transit - we had to walk 4 minutes to the nearest stop, if we wanted to visit other parts of the island, and 5 minutes walk to the groceries store or restaurants. The apartment is very well maintained, clean and has all the amenities for a wonderful vacation. We enjoyed spending time at the pool almost every night, meeting the neighbors. We will definitely plan to come back again!

Great Small Complex

Our third visit to Ixora Apartments, first time at No 5. We really like the position of this apartment, almost feels like we are the only ones there but venture round to the pool and we usually see some old faces and new ones, all very friendly almost like a club. We stayed for four weeks and found the apartment to be well equipped and when we mentioned to the owner that a few items would make things even better, these were provided almost immediately. We love Holetown and all its restaurants and the many good beaches and bars a short bus ride away. The bus service is great and it's almost like using a taxi (without the comfort!), you can even flag them down. We booked, as usual, through Joan Petherick and found the whole experience seamless and very professional. We have already booked for the next two years, that's how much we enjoy the place.

IXORA

The booking of the holiday was seemless and the accommodation very much as described in the details. Location was ideal being just five minutes walk from the beach and restaurants positioned at the end of a quite residential cul de sac. The apartment was ideal having all that is needed,was very clean and comfortable and the swimming pool gerat for a quick dip. We would recomend this apartment and no doubt will be returning
