The privately owned luxurious villa sits on the golf course offering fantastic views across the 11th Fairway and to the Caribbean sea beyond. The elevated position provides a continuous breeze across the terrace with an amazing sense of calm. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa is fully equipped and has an open plan layout designed over one-level through from entrance to the living and dining areas and onto the covered terrace with patio and swimming pool. We are pleased to confirm that the Villa has been Certified for Covid Quarantine - local Protocols should be observed. Two of the bedrooms open onto the covered terrace and pool area while bedroom three has patio doors out to a private terrace at the front of the house. The Villa now comes with it's own golf buggy which is available for guest use around the estate. Ideal for nipping down to the Rum Shak or just taking in the magnificent views around the golf course. The entire community has twenty-four hour security patrols and the villa features private parking at the front of the property. Notes on accommodation: As you are our guests you enjoy social membership to Royal Westmoreland giving you access to Mullins beach only 10 minutes' drive from the Villa. Sunbeds and members deck are exclusively for Royal Westmoreland Guests and when you want a drink, just put up your flag for that star treatment. There is a private parking facility nearby. There is also a free shuttle service to the beach from the Sanctuary should you want to leave your car at home. Guests can also enjoy the Sanctuary with it's pool, gym and bar, serving drinks, snacks and light meals. The Clubhouse has stunning views across the golf course.The Rum Shak for that laid back, Caribbean experience is a must. Outside: Good size free form private swimming pool with beautiful views, sun loungers, covered terrace with sofa and chairs, outdoor table and chairs, and separate raised patio area with outdoor table/chairs and parasol. Barbecue. Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, housekeeping area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Our housekeeper will take care of your laundry and cleaning needs Monday to Friday (Unless otherwise specified) while you are our guests. Bathroom, pool towels and linen are all included. Other: The living room opens onto a large covered terrace with comfortable seating lounge and pool chairs,sun loungers and gas fired barbecue. A raised platform dining area with table/chairs and parasol has views over the 11th Fairway.

About the neighborhood

Holetown is just 10 minutes by car (or Taxi if you are going to really enjoy yourself) and has many great bars and restaurants. These range from high end exclusive to family friendly and economic but are all a great experience. Our house manager will be pleased to make suggestions based on needs.
