Air Conditioning - Is included in the rental. Each bedroom and the living area have a separate unit controlled by remote control. Please be mindful of turning the units off or the temperature up when not in the room. Electricity on the island is very expensive! Maid service is NOT included with the rental of this home. Should you wish to schedule maid service during your stay, please let the management know as soon as possible so we can coordinate this.
