If you choose our apartment you choose a sunny place with a beautiful garden with perfect views all around the mountains and to the village. Our historic vacation house in the original Tyrolean farmhouse style is quietly located (dead end street). The location offers a beautiful view of the Stubaier Alps from a sunny bench by the house. During the summer, you can start directly in front of the house and go into the mountains without needing to use a car. The apartments are furnished with love and offer exciting atmosphere with modern comforts. During the winter, the ski regions in Stubaital Valley can be reached in a few minutes. The ski resort Schlick 2000 can be reached in only 2 minutes. The new leisure center Stubay, with its giant toboggans, indoor- and outdoorpools, whirlpool, wellness area with diff. saunas and restaurants is reachable in 4 min. by feet, the city center and the ski-bus stop can all be reached within minutes by feet.

Incredibly clean. The location is very convenient with the bus station so close by. The bus can take you to multiple ski-areas, including the glacier on which you can ski until May!

Friendly and relaxing
We spent a week at this apartment. It was very clean and Carole ( the owner) told us everything we could do in Telfes and what buses to get... She also gave us information about skiing because Telfes is very close to the ski resort and there are free buses at different times of the day, the apartment from the bus stop is 5 minutes walk, the bus ride to Sechlick 2000 is 10 minutes and to the Glaciar (directly from telfes) 50 minutes.
Telfes is very calm and quiet, it has a shop and also a ski rental.
The apartment has two bedrooms with two double beds, a kitchen diner-lounge, a bathroom and downstairs there is a space for the skis and suitcases... The kitchen had an oven , a hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster , fridge, coffe machine and a kettle.
The bathroom was in a very good condition and the shower had lots of hot water.

Secluded, quiet yet accessible gem!
We had a fantastic time in our week at this appartment. It was, as all the other reviews showed, impeccably clean and well presneted. The owner, Carole went out of her way to make things easy for us both before we arrived and whilst we were there. Nothing was too much trouble! Our only conern is that it becomes too popular and limits our chance to return. Great for small families!

Une hôte merveilleuse
Nous sommes allés 2 fois en vacances chez Carole en avril 2013 puis en avril 2015 dans l appartement Bergblick. Il n y a que des points positifs Telfes est calme et entouré de montagne , à moins de 20km par autoroute D Innsbruck. Carole vous orientera vers les incontournables du coin; supermarché et station essence à 5 min de la maison . C est une hôte gentille , agréable souriante qui parle très bien Français . Hâte D y retourner en été cette fois ci . A faire l outlet de Brenner, le playmobil fun park a 3h en Allemagne, Salzbourg à 2h , zillertal à 80km, l usine swarovsky à Watten 20min , Dachau a 1h30 en Allemagne et tout le centre historique D Innsbruck bien sûr! Je recommande ++++

CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK!!
Just returned from an amazing week at apartment Tirol. Carole has 3 apartments and we rented the smallest one which was so cozy and perfect for us. Views are breathtaking, Carole is great to deal with, you have a nice garden to relax and read or just gaze at the mountains. Can't wait to return!! Have made a friend for life. Great for hiking, lots of different mountains to explore, great mountain biking if that's your thing.

Our Alpine holidays
We love Carole's apartment - clean and it has all the modern creature comforts that I need ..high quality WMF pots and pans and appliances, super fast Wifi and English channels on TV! It is also centrally located to everything that the Valley has to offer - Stubai Glaciers, Schlick 2000, Stubay, winter hiking and the many quaint Alpine villages to explore. The free SkiBus and romantic mountain train is 5 minutes away and we usually timed it to the minute when to leave the apartment. Buy the one week pass on the Mountain train to Innsbruck- it so so economical! Love our trips to Innsbruck and it's many Christmas markets. This apartment is also a great base for learning to Ski at Schlick with the 5 day 4 hours daily lessons offered. A great place to stay if you want an Alpine village experience!

Very firendly
This apartment was perfect! Very comfortable, warm and immaculately clean. Carole the host was incredibly friendly and happy to help with everything! We stayed in November and had perfect weather and managed to ski at the glacier as well as hike. The spa just down the road is also fantastic. As we were there just before the winter ski season it was quite quiet in the evenings but there were enough restaurants to choose from in fulpmes, the next town which was about a 10min walk away. We will definitely try and be back to investigate in the proper ski season but I would definitely recommend.

I've traveled the world...and this is among the best lodging experiences I've had. Stay here.
Where do I start?! So many fabulous things to say about my stay in Telfes im Stubai with Pircher-Maes Appartements. Carole, the owner, is a saint. I work for the U.S. Ski Team and travel all winter throughout Europe, but needed to find somewhere to stay for the month before the season started while I took a beginner level German course at WIFI in Innsbruck. Carole was warm, welcoming, and helped me orientate myself as I assimilated to life in Austria. I stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment, which was spacious, beautiful and well-equipped. Free and fast wifi so I could do my work, studying and writing. Free, convenient parking. Carole even went hiking with me up to Pfarrachalm (recommended) and a mountain bike tour up the Schlicker Alm. Not easy, but super-fun.
This is the perfect place for a romantic, friend or family getaway...or a home away from the bustle (but close and convenient enough) of Innsbruck if in Innsbruck for business.
Stay here. It was my perfect calm before the storm of travel with the U.S. Ski Team.

Great apartments and owner in a wonderful town!!
We had a multi-week visit to Austria with 8 adults and 3 children, and we used this house as our base of operations! All of the apartments were spacious and clean, exactly as the pictures show. The owner, Carol, and her family went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed, and was even nice enough to drive us on a couple of emergency errands (teething baby). All of us had a wonderful stay, and would highly recommend this property.
