The area's climate makes it ideal for water sports, due to the lack of wind compared with the open waters of the Aegean Sea.
Enjoy the sea on your doorstep by taking advantage of the boat-chartering service (available at extra cost). Make daily trips to nearby islands and swimming spots, soaking up the scenery at your own leisurely pace.
Also, take advantage of the complimentary sailing boat, kayaks, stand up paddle boarding (SUP), snorkelling equipment, beach rackets, beach chairs and umbrella at your disposal. Whether your preference is relaxing and soaking up the sun or more strenuous activities, this villa has the answer!
The villa's location make it the perfect place to visit the nearby seaside towns of Porto Heli and Ermioni, both popular for visitors. The location of Porto Heli is great for day excursions to the mainland and to the Saronic Islands, such as cosmopolitan Spetses and Hydra. Ferry boats depart regularly from the small port of Costa (5 mins from Porto Heli) for Spetses Island, only 10 mins away. If you decide to visit Spetses, you can hire bicycles to explore this beautiful and fashionable island. There are also charming horse and carriage rides, which take you from the port along a seaside road to the historic old harbour.
A short car ride away, guests will find the destinations of Ancient Epidaurus, Nafplion, and Mycenae. Each in their turn has played an integral part in Greek history and culture, and are well worth a visit.

We are very happy to host groups who love sports! There are a lot of activities that someone can undertake at the villas and the surrounding area!
This house delivers on everything! We had a perfect week staying at Villa Aria and loved every minute of it. Alex and Eleni were fantastic hosts - I'd highly recommend this spot to anyone.
The house is extremely well equipped and comfortable with gorgeous gardens surrounding a beautiful and well maintained pool leading down to the lovely little beach only a few steps away. Added to that, we were kept busy with tennis/basket ball, table tennis, gym equipment, snorkelling gear, sup boards and kayaks as well as swimming around the bay to the eat at the local taverna (Doroufi.gr - highly recommended)!
Stunning sunsets, calm and beautiful surroundings - no doubt a perfect setting for families and friends to spend time together and enjoy the magic that Villa Aria has to offer.

Total Bliss
Our family of 14 spent a dream "get-together week" in this most beautiful setting and excellent accommodation. It was perfect for all of us - ages ranged from 8 to 85! Kayaking, snorkelling, boarding, swimming, sailing, and tennis every evening. The villa is extremely well equipped and the BBQ facility is perfect. Alex arranged for a chef to cook a delicious meal one evening - preceded by a fun lesson in Greek traditional dancing. A wonderful holiday was had by our whole family.

Amazing, Huge, Beautiful house.
This house is very beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. There were 3 houses that were on the beach (including this one) but when we were there no-one was in the other 2 houses. The beach is very nice, with great sand and, considering you do not go too far out, it is not rocky! A few people paddle boarded/kayaked to the beach but that did not disturb us. The pool is amazing and the house comes with some very nice pool toys. The tennis court is also nice, but it is a bit old. There is a ping pong table which is very fun to use. You can walk down past the tennis court and there is an area where you can sit and read or just watch the ocean. It has beanbag chairs which you can sit on. The house has a very big driveway if you need room for lots of cars. There were pomegranate trees and in October, when we went, you could pick pomegranates off of them. They tasted very nice! The service is great, I believe the maids come every day and the owners had dinner ready for us on our first night. They also picked many pomegranate for us, and had put some food in the fridge and freezer. We could also ask the owners for dinner recommendations and they were very helpful with that. There is a place where you can make kebabs outside. There were paddleboards (with paddles) and 4 Kayaks (with oars) for free! We really recommend taking some kayak trips and you can see other beach's. The house is very private and there is tons of room if you have many guest. We really recommend this house! We loved our stay.

Amazing place, ideal for a big family looking to have a great holiday
Very well equipped, lovely maid who cleaned every day. The owner Alex was very helpful on arrival and during our visit. Spacious garden where one could find quite spots. Excellent pool to play games and the volleyball net is a bonus! Easily accessible beach with a lovely view and incredible sunsets. The fact that there where no noisy boats around was amazing. I highly recommend it, the ages for my family ranged between 13 and 80 which we thought was perfect!

Stunning location and facilities
We booked for a big family celebration. 16 of us in total. Absolutely perfect place in superb condition and a very special location.
Alex the host is incredibly helpful.
The place benefits not only from all the facilities it has (swimming pool, tennis court, BBQ's, table tennis and lots of kit for the sea - kayaks, paddle boards etc) but also from its immediate proximity to a beach which is only really used by a couple of houses (hence empty most of the time). Lots of lovely reaxling areas around the property.
We also hire a boat from Port Heli so enjoyed water sports in from of the villa.

Very highly recommended
We were celebrating an 80th birthday with 16 family members ranging down to 13 years old. Alex is an excellent host and complements the villa which is very difficult to fault. Alex went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable including asking his uncle to rescue two teenagers in the sailing boat. The attention to detail is fantastic and there is lots of space to manage large groups of people. The local beach is perfect. Lots to do locally and all within striking distance of Athens. We will definitely return. Thank you Alex and team.

What joy!
We are a family of 16 (8 adults, 8 children aged 2-17) and rented this villa for a week for my mother’s 70th birthday. Villa Aria could not have been more perfect for us and it is rare that I’ve written a review on trip advisor but the wonderful week we have had has moved me to do so.
Alexandros was more responsive than we could have ever expected and made sure we had everything we could possibly need - to the extent that we set up a villa Whatsapp group with him to manage our communications.
We had thought we might want Angela, the cook for a few nights but after our first BBQ with fish, souvlaki and a mountain of Greek dishes on our first night we realised we needed Angela every night. She came daily to cook and do the housekeeping which was an additional bonus we had not anticipated (it helps that she is lovely).
Alexandros arranged a food shopping delivery for our arrival, made sure we had gluten free food for the children with Coeliac. He organised for a masseuse to come to the villa and we even had an evening of being taught traditional Greek Dancing.
The villa had everything we could need. The tennis court and pool are in great condition and the beach is fantastic. There were kayaks, paddle boards and a sailing boat for mini adventures to the taverna in the next bay: A perfect expedition! Finally, I have to write about the sunsets. In our busy lives we don’t get to take time to watch the sun go down- this must be one of the best places to do this. We are very grateful to Alexandros, Angela and Maurio for making it such a special week and hope to be back!

A step away from the beach!
Amazing view and the beach is just a step away! It is highly recommend for families and large groups! There are a lot of activities that someone can undertake and there are a lot of places to explore! Alex is very helpful and kind! We totally enjoyed our vacations in Villa Aria and we hope to come back next year!

The house is literally 1 step from the beach!
So, we booked this house during our August vacations and we found it to be amazing! it has a tennis court and its’ amenities include proposal for personal tennis lessons or fitness training programs. The opportunity to have a Greek menu every day with a very small surcharge was a great idea and we used it most of the days. The beach is only crowded on the week of 13 to 18th of August, while the rest of the days it is quiet!
The rooms are spacious and very clean and the house has a water tank, a great advantage comparing to some other rentals nearby.
The hosts were most welcoming , supporting us with every question we had and helping in any way.
i highly advise this house as a relax haven, family vacation or even fitness gathering!

Fabulous
We, as a family (9 adults & 6 children) have spent 8 days at Mr Golfinopoulos's House and all of us will keep a wonderfull memory of our stay there.
Everything (house, sea, equipments supplied, wellcome, housekeeping, cook) was great and even better than expected.
No need to say that we do recommend this place.

Porto Heli town is approximately 15 min drive. From Costa port (5 min drive from Porto Heli) sea taxis take visitors to Spetses island (10 min, 30€ per taxi - 8ppl).
In Spetses you can find many historical buildings, museums, art galleries as well as restaurants, bars and bouzouki clubs from 'Dapia' to 'Old harbour' and 'Ayia Marina', and even more remote beaches.
Hydra Island is a little further away, 35 min drive to Porto Hydra from the villa and then 10 min with the sea taxi to Hydra town. Hydra is famous for its picturesque architecture, the vivid nightlife and cosmopolitan character. Hiking is a popular thing to do as the island is crossed by many walking paths that lead to impressive spots with sea view and historical monasteries.
