Broadwater is a lovely modern ground floor apartment .The apartment is situated in a residential development. Property enjoys central location. Two minutes walk will take you to: local shops inluding Waitrose, restaurants and the railway station. It is ideally located for access to London and surrounding country site. Grand Union Canal, park, children playground, tennis club are 'on your doorstep'.
Broadwater is centrally heated throughout and the property has its own entrance. There are french doors leading from the living area lead to a small Mediterranean courtyard garden with garden furniture.
The property is also suitable if you are between homes, relocating, on business in the area, renovating your home or visiting relatives.

A one well behaved dog is allowed by prior agreement. Guest will provide the dog's bedding and not allow on the furniture unless it is covered with a blanket supplied by the renter.
Pets are not allowed on the bed at any time.
Pets are also not allowed to be left alone in the property or cause noise nuisance to other residents.
They also not allowed to use the garden as a toilet.

Best rental ever
Situated in the centre of Berkhamsted an excellent base for accessing London.
Light & bright yet cosy. Comfortable bed and sofa!! Peaceful location by the canal lovely walk along the tow path, shops on the doorstep.

Great Flat in a fantastic location
Pleasant well furnished flat, in a superb location a few minutes walk to the High Street for shops restaurants and cinema, Next to the station for fast trains to London

Quality Holiday Rental
This apartment is well situated in the heart of Berkhampsted, close to the railway station, with shops, pubs and restaurants within close walking distance. The Grand Union Canal is a stones throw away from the apartment, making it ideal for walks along the tow path.
We were looking for a comfortable and cosy place to stay whilst visiting friends and family in Hertfordshire and we certainly struck gold.The apartment was everything we had hoped for. The owner has thought of everything making the apartment a real home from home.The moment we walked through the door we felt at home. The apartment is bright, modern and clean and the owner, who was warm and welcoming has thought of everything, from a mobile phone for guests' to use during their stay, to a well resourced kitchen. She left us in peace to enjoy the apartment and was contactable if necessary. Even my hard to please husband could find no fault with this apartment and my teenage son said it was much better than a hotel! Some days we left the apartment much later than we intended, due to getting too comfortable on the big sofa in the lounge and we looked forward to returning to the apartment at the end of the day. We highly recommend Broadwater Apartment but a word of warning; once you stay there you may find it very hard to leave! A real quality rental!!

Broadwater Apartment Is Fantastic
My Wife & I stayed at Broadwater Apartment for 9 excellent nights, a beautiful apartment , a home away from home, an excellent location alongside Grand Union Canal, close to shops and Supermarket all 5 mins walk away, also lovely pubs along the canalside nearby.

I love staying in this property
I have stayed here on numerous occasions now and just love it. Everything you require is supplied in this well maintained, comfortable apartment. The High street and supermarket are very close, ensuring no need for a car. Train station is a quick walk away and as Berkhamsted is central UK it is well situated for touring. Walks along the beautiful canal and surrounding Chiltern Hills are an added bonus. If you are wanting home comforts I can assure you that having stayed here a total of 20 weeks on and off this is the place. I cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Almost home away from home!
We enjoyed a very comfortable 3 week stay. The owner has thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable - including providing dvds and books! The location is great - 5 minutes to the train station and supermarkets. We made use of the maps and London "holiday specials" also provided. Highly recommended and we would stay here again.

BACK TO OUR LOVELY HOME FROM HOME
My wife and have previuoely stayed here fot 9 days in 2012, We returned to this lovely apartment again which is a truly home from home. We stayed this year for 20 nights and enjoyed every minute of it once again.
The wifi internet was superb and impotant to us so we could keep contact with our friends and family in Australia. Waitrose was great as very close by and stocked all the goodies we needed and more..The Cook shop was also a great place to get meals, and our favourite coffee
shop was Bel Cafe on the High Street. With 3 pubs a short walk along the canal this is really a great location for a relaxing holiday Apartment.
We will definetely return again one day soon

Excellent flat
We stayed here for 5 days to visit family in berkhamsted. The location was perfect. Very short walk to center of tow, which has many restaurants and shops. The flat is located on canal. There is a grocery. Store just next door on other side of canal. Lovely walk along canal.
Flat is good size for two people. Bedroom good size with fine bed. Bath wonderful with tub and shower with rainfall shower head. Kitchen well equipped. There is wifi, two televisions,microwave, toaster. The place was also very clean and well cared for.
We were greeted warmly and given info on flat. There is a book on info of flat, my only suggestion is that it be updated a bit for US travelers on how to use some of the English appliances and boiler.
We highly recommend this flat, excellent location and facilities.

Convenient, comfortable, accessible and warm !
Loved staying in this lovely, cosy apartment. It felt like a home from home. Coming from Australia it felt so warm and comfortable. Lots of hot water and the kitchen was well equipped, needed a bottle opener but everything else was fantastic. Wanted to move in myself! Will come back next time we are home visiting family.

A beautiful place in a wonderful town
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay, and hope to return before long. The apartment was beautifully, tastefully furnished in a quiet, convenient location (a few minutes from one of my favourite places, Berkhamsted Castle), and we both felt we could relax in comfort and style.
