Broadwater is a lovely modern ground floor apartment .The apartment is situated in a residential development. Property enjoys central location. Two minutes walk will take you to: local shops inluding Waitrose, restaurants and the railway station. It is ideally located for access to London and surrounding country site. Grand Union Canal, park, children playground, tennis club are 'on your doorstep'.

Broadwater is centrally heated throughout and the property has its own entrance. There are french doors leading from the living area lead to a small Mediterranean courtyard garden with garden furniture.

The property is also suitable if you are between homes, relocating, on business in the area, renovating your home or visiting relatives.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay, and hope to return before long. The apartment was beautifully, tastefully furnished in a quiet, convenient location (a few minutes from one of my favourite places, Berkhamsted Castle), and we both felt we could relax in comfort and style.

Loved staying in this lovely, cosy apartment. It felt like a home from home. Coming from Australia it felt so warm and comfortable. Lots of hot water and the kitchen was well equipped, needed a bottle opener but everything else was fantastic. Wanted to move in myself! Will come back next time we are home visiting family.

There are two bedrooms, one with a double/twin bed and second with a single bed. The double bedroom has built in wardrobes, chest of drawers and flat screen wall mounted TV. The double bed is zip and link super king size and can be split into 2 single beds.<BR>The bathroom has tiled walk in shower, bathtub, toilet, basin and heated towel rails.<BR>The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with integrated appliances including dishwasher. There is glass dining table and chairs providing seating for 3 people. The living area has comfortable large sofa, barcelona chair and freeview TV.<BR>Telephone provided is UK pay as you go mobile phone.Mobile WiFi 15Gb per month suitable for browsing and emailing not for uploading or downloading of large data files.

Refundable damage deposit £100.00 repayable within a week from departure for rentals up to 4weeks.
