These Island Houses feature a living room, dining area, music/sun room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, two story screened lanai (with 2 sets of 10 foot sliding doors that open to the lanai which allows you to enjoy the indoor/outdoor feeling) that overlooks the cove and offers additional seating and dining area, two bedrooms each with their own private bath, walk in closet, and balconies which overlook the pool and cove to enjoy. Enter Kai Time through a pleasant foyer and up a few stairs to the first floor. The newly decorated living room and dining area is open and has plenty of seating for the entire family. The sofa is a queen size hideaway bed. The dining room next to the fully equipped kitchen (with all new appliances) and complete laundry room are within a short step or two. The sun room is right off the living room and gives you an area just to relax. The fully equipped kitchen has all new appliances and a complete laundry room. The living room and dining room opens to the two story lanai through two 10 feet sliding glass door that folds into the wall. A half bath is located next to the living room. The stairway and hallway lead to the Master and Guest Bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a full bath, walk in closet and a balcony over looking the lanai and backyard. The guest bedroom has two double beds with a full bath, walk in closet and a balcony overlooking the lanai and backyard. Kai Time has 2-One person kayaks, charcoal grill and a outside shower at the end of the ramp. The large lanai offers a spacious area with plenty of seating for entertaining or just enjoying the view of the backyard and cove. Sit in your lanai and enjoy the stunning view of the backyard and the calm water of the cove. You can swim in your 20'x40' private pool surrounded by palm trees with their branches gently swaying in the breeze.
