Indeed cosy and beautiful property to relax after a long trip. Gorgeous views.
A friend recommend it this place, is a way up to reach the house, the views are gorgeous. The house is well equipped with everything, it even has a manual to let you know where is everything.
We booked also because we do a lot of cycling and this place is perfect to explore the area around it.
The property is very convenient if, you want to go to Italy and Locarno, we went to the Cannobio market on a Sunday and it was very cool to visit Italy in the same trip.
The Team communication was great, the only issue was getting there but this was actually our GPS which took us further but otherwise everything was great!
The decoration is very cute, the place is actually very comfy. My boyfriend and I, would definitely come back next year, very Happy with our stay!

THINGS TO DO LOCAL- hiking, swimming in the local lido is great for families, one can enjoy the whole day and eat at the Bistro which it offers yummy snack dishes or you can enjoy swimming at Lago Maggiore like many locals and tourist do. Norwalk walking, jogging, mini golf near premises, dining in local restaurants or grab a yummy Gelato, visiting Isle Brissago is a must, there is an e-bike rental terminal nearby, cycling, boat rental if you preferred to go from Switzerland to Italy by ferry or boat is also available.
Getting around
Local Buses are available at the main Brissago Road to go to all major cities or travel to the nearby Italian villages.
It is highly recommended to have a car to take advantage and explore the areas of both countries in a short period of time.
E-bike terminals are also available near the premises or main Brissago road.

From the Main Brissago Road-
Casa Leyian beautiful apartment is located up the hill, with stunning panoramic views along the way. Depending on your driving skills it should take about 2-5 mins up the hill to get to the apartment.
The place consist of a Traditional Ticino house which is divided in two beautiful apartments. The Landmark is the 500year old Rustico which lays behind Casa Leyian.
