Lovely villa for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful location.utiful location.
The villa was perfect for us, tucked away and private, but not far from amenities by car. Its rustic but fully equipped and has welcomed air con! The pool and views are amazing. You could walk to the beach but it's pretty hilly but only a 2 minute drive away. Kerasia is really lovely with a taverna, snack bar and beach shop. Not far away is Agios Stephanos which has a selection of tavernas and boat hire. George who is your contact for the villa is really helpful, and communicates via WhatsApp. He met us for the check-in and gave us some useful local information. He also let us know when the cleaner would be round. The north east coast is dotted with tavernas and small coves with tavernas. Perfect for a relaxing break. We would definitely like to go back.

Great stay in beautiful surrounding
Unser Aufenthalt in Corfu war einfach wunderbar. Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben – klasse und sauber. Die Lage war schön ruhig, perfekt für viel Privatsphäre. Der Pool war großartig und die Küche, obwohl klein, war völlig ausreichend für einfache Mahlzeiten. Besonders der Sandwich-Maker war ein Highlight. Abends haben wir sogar Glühwürmchen gesehen, was ganz toll war. Leider gab es sehr viele Mücken in der Unterkunft. Es wäre klasse, wenn dort ein Moskitonetz angebracht würde. Wir haben uns dann eins besorgt und selbst angebracht. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Beautiful,but need a car.
This is an idyllic little villa that gives you peace and tranquility in a beautiful setting. The views over the Ionian strait to Albania are breathtaking and the only sounds are those of birdsong.
The villa itself is charmingly rustic, and has everything you would want for a relaxing holiday; the bed is comfortable and the shower strong and hot. Cleaners came twice during our ten day stay and provided an excellent service, including clean towels, bed linen, etc.
The local stray cats adopted us and waited patiently each morning for breakfast. The local shop sells cat food at only 85 cents per tin, so we were happy to feed them.
Whilst we had a lovely holiday,I would not recommend this villa to non-drivers. Without a car, we were rather isolated and had to rely on our host for essential transport to shops and a bus stop. (It’s not really practical to walk to the beach as the area is VERY hilly.)
Additionally, the pool table shown in some photos is no longer there.
George, our host, was charming and very helpful .

Absolute Ruhe zum Abschalten in den Bergen Corfus. Von dort gute Einkehrmöglchkeiten - Dies stets mit dem Auto 🚗 und keine Angst vor dem Anfahren im Hang 😉

Villa Folitsa
This is a very characterful villa with great views and a nice pool, all within the property’s private grounds, so you have good privacy. We had a great time and it is one of the most peaceful parts of the north of the island. The hosting agency is very friendly and efficient. The location as per airbnb is not exact, it is nearby but make sure you ask the hosting agency for exact location. Also if you have a small car I recommend parking it on the relatively flat road 100m before the villa, rather than trying to negotiate the very steep road that leads to the villa’s parking.

Lovely stay
We had a lovely stay at villa Folitsa. Georgina was extremely helpful and was easy to contact at any time. The villa is basic but that is part of its charm! We would definitely stay again!

Villa Folitsa
We had a brilliant time at this gorgeous little villa for two, the pool is great and the location is very private, yet a short but steep walk to the beach and there is a great supermarket and bakery nearby. Definitely need a car, really recommend for a peaceful break in a beautiful setting. Georgia was our host, she was extremely helpful and efficient.

A breathtaking view of the sea
I would like to thank Georgia for her kindness and the services she provided.
We were very well received and our host even gave us information on activities and restaurants to do in the area.
The setting is breathtaking with a breathtaking view of the sea. There are even good restaurants on the beach within walking distance (about 15 minutes).
As for the accommodation, it is very well equipped, clean with a well maintained pool. I highly recommend this villa.

perfect villa for a couple, fantastic hostess, excellent services
Villa Folitsa is a romantic cozy property ideal for couples. In fact, it’s in a quiet area and has a fully private pool with a fantastic view of the Ionian Sea. On the inside, the house was super clean, equipped with everything you may need and it has kept a traditional unique style. Our hostess, Eleana welcomed us and made us feel like home away from home from the first minute. She was always there for us, even before our arrival. She gave us many advice about the island, organised our transfers and made sure everything’s perfect. Thank you for making our holidays memorable.

Villa Folitsa is set on the hillside between the bays of Kerasia and the upmarket resort of Agios Stefanos. Tavernas, beaches and mini markets are just a short drive away. This property is perfectly nestled among tranquil olive groves and ideally located for people wanting to explore the stunning North East Coast of Corfu and its quaint coastal villages of Kouloura, Kalami and Kassiopi.
Getting around
There are 2 supermarkets in Agios Stefanos and a larger supermarket in Sinies. Fresh meat and fish can be bought from all 3.
Agios Stefanos has a good selection of tavernas and small cafes along the seafront.
The beaches of Kerasia and Agios Stafanos are extremely close by car and can even be walked down to (the incline walking back is rather steep). The beaches of Avlaki, Kalami, Kouloura, Agni, Kentroma, Nissaki are all within 10 minute drive.
If you want to experience a true taste of Greece, motor boats can be hired locally to explore the stunning bays of kouloura, Kalami and Agni. You can also visit old Peritheia Village, a unique village, which offers hiking routes, stunning views and traditional tavernas to sample old Corfiot recipes.
