We recently visited villa Adelais & it absolutely did not disappoint, the kitchen was well equipped everywhere was super clean! Beds were very comfy the pool was lovely & warm we didn't need to pay extra to heat! . we had no faults or issues during our stay, we felt it was well priced & we will definitely be back!

Excellent!
Very well presented and maintained villa. Ceiling fans made such a big difference at night. Kept us cool without having to have aircon on. Located in a very peaceful spot which is very short drive to local villages with excellent food. The main town is within a 25min drive if you want the the 'holiday strip' experience. A couple of large supermarkets are a short drive.
The pool is large and well maintained. If you are a golfer, the two best courses are within a few mins drive (Secret Valley & Aphrodite's Hills).

Gorgeous Villa in secret valley golf course
Stayed at Villa Adelais 2nd-13th August. We were 4 adults, 2 teens and a 7 year old. The villa was perfect for us all with plenty of space and an amazing pool. Villa was spotless and very comfy with everything to cook, wash and clean provided. The booking process through Jane Properties was easy with great communication. The villa was only a 15 min drive from the airport and in a really quiet area in the secret valley golf resort. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. Helen the property manager was really helpful and always on hand if we needed anything.

Beautiful villa
This Villa was stunning and we had a fabulous time pool is the perfect size as there was 8 of us and still plenty of room to play and swim when we were all in it together and we had lots and lots of fun in it, it was easy to book and Helen the property manager was lovely and very helpful when we contacted her, so guttered to be home x

Family stay

Perfect for a family holiday!
Lovely villa in quiet location with larger than average pool, we stay in Secret Valley most years and always find that the villas recommended by Jane are first class. Clean & tidy and a great base from which to explore. Close to golf at Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills

Beautiful Peaceful Location
This is the second time we have stayed at the villa its a lovely place around 25 minutes from the centre of Paphos but we prefer this as a family lovely pool and 4 bedrooms also very quiet we would 100% book again.

Nice house, but need some improvement.
We enjoyed our stay, the house is big and the garden is well maintained. We also were very happy with the host that stayed nearby and could help us out, as well as the fact we could stay an additional hour because our flight was later. The communication with the booking centre was less pleasant. Also we experienced some things that were not that nice and could/should be fixed for next visitors we think;
- When staying there more than a week (like we did 10 days) an additional cleaning should be included, especially in these COVID19 time. We should clean it ourselves, but no vacuum cleaner was there. Could be cleaned better anyway - under the sofa's and kitchen area was not really clean.
- We paid a lot of additional money for the pool heating, but this did not work properly and needed to be checked a lot by the host. And we all got yellow/blueish swim wear and even hair after we went in the pool, please check!
- In the area a lot of buildings are empty and not well maintained, which causes less of a holiday feeling.
- Cats and even nests of kittens were next door, which is not something we are used to as they live on the street and nothing is done about it except telling us we should not feed them.
- Small beds and dated bath rooms (without a lot of storage space).
- Not all lamps were working and we bought new ones.
- We showered cold a couple of times because there was no sun and no-one explained we should put on a switch, when we contacted the host it seems the boiler gave an error as well so a maintenance did come to solve this.
- The gardeners came during our stay and used their motor tools to cut the greenery, this causes we could not stay outside/swim.

Dear Tessa, many thanks for your comments however I believe there are some points to be addressed, you booked via Holiday Lettings website, not directly with ourselves, however all your communication was replied to immediately we pride ourselves on our swift & efficient customer service so couldn't understand your comment 'The communication with the booking centre was less pleasant'?? unless you were referring to Holiday Lettings communication who you booked through??
If there were any cleaning issues you found on arrival then you should have contacted Helen the property manager immediately who would have readily come to attend to you, I believe she did drop by when you contacted her.
No extra cleans are included, unless requested at extra cost, it clearly states this in our Terms, bookings include before & after cleans only however I will request via owner that a hoover is in situ for future guests to use.
Pool heating temps cannot be specified to an exact degree however this was explained to you when you emailed us for more information regarding this however temps are always 4c higher than external ambient temps.
As regards the cats unfortunately there is nothing we can do about that I'm afraid but we can specify that no cats live or are fed/encouraged at the property itself.
On a closing note we hope you all enjoyed the lovely sun in Cyprus and we welcome you back again soon!

Amazing
Fabulous villa with even more fab pool. Jane handled the booking process promptly. Helen the property manager was really helpful. Villa has everything you could possibly need, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. As per info on villa, you need a car as 15 minutes drive to Paphos and 30 minutes to beautiful coralbeach. We had a fab holiday and miss it terribly. More than adequate space for the 7 of us. I would recommend this beautiful villa in a lovely quiet area.

Have just returned from a lovely week in sunny Cyprus. We have stayed the Venus Rock resort on Secret Valley a few times before, we love the area. First time though in Villa Adelais.
Jane took me through the booking process quickly & easily. The Villa is spacious, especially the kitchen area, which is really well equipped with everything you might need.
The outside area & swimming pool is amazing & really private.

Villa Adelais is situated in Secret Valley which is approximately 20-25 minutes drive from Paphos Town Centre. The town itself offers many open air cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. There is a fabulous Water park in Paphos, Mini golf, Waters sports and lots of things for all the family.
The villa is situated near to the local villages of Kouklia and Pissouri. These quaint little villages offer visitors shops, tavernas, restaurants and bars, all of which provide food, drink and entertainment at the highest quality. There is also a bank in Kouklia and two in Pissouri. Kouklia is 10 minutes by car and Pissouri is approximately 15 minutes along the coast.
The villa is located on the beautiful island of Cyprus.
