This marvellous two-level penthouse apartment is situated in a magnificent converted warehouse in the very trendy Collingwood warehouse precinct. Each floor of the penthouse has a huge deck that is perfect for an outdoor meal or catching some sun. Spacious and light filled with floor to ceiling windows, the apartment features a stunning marble bathroom with an oversized rain shower head. It’s very secure building that requires an access code to enter. This light-filled penthouse is in an amazing location for a city stay; located amongst so many cafes, restaurants, shops and is only minutes from the trams. It includes two large outdoor decks/patios (45 sq m in total) with city views from the upper floors of the large, renovated warehouse area. Excellent facilities with an LCD TV, unlimited Wi-Fi and security, reserved, undercover car parking all included. Perfect for couples or smaller families, this modern apartment has spacious living areas indoors and out, a large, amazing kitchen, and two bedrooms with a bathroom with rainforest shower head and powder room. It also includes central heating and air-conditioning, secure building with intercom entry, and secure undercover car space. Your boutique penthouse includes high quality Scandinavian furnishings and appliances, linen, towels, and a full kitchen with generous bench space and top line appliances, as well as laundry facilities. There's also a cot and high chair available for a small fee if needed. Don't forget to bring linen for the cot. Your stay includes fortnightly cleaning and servicing of the penthouse, and replacement of all sheets and towels etc. This amazing apartment offers the very best of contemporary living; an abundance of space, light, architectural flair and urban chic and is immediately accessible to the all that Collingwood, nearby Richmond, Fitzroy, Abbotsford and the CBD has to offer. GOOD TO KNOW PLEASE NOTE OUR MINIMUM STAYS REQUIREMENTS BELOW: Many sites only allow us to show one rate, so we need to clarify our booking rules here. Within 30 days, the minimum stay is 3 nights 30 days or more in advance, the min stay is 7 nights 90 days or more in advance, the min stay is 28 nights We won't be able to accept bookings that do not meet the above criteria. Service fee: $150 per stay A portacot and high chair is available for a small fee - BYO cot linen. *Very early and late arrivals require the following fees to have someone there at these times: Between 6:00 am and 9:30 am: $25.00 Between 5:30 pm and 9:00 pm: $25.00 Between 9:00 pm and midnight $55.00 Between midnight and 6:00 am: $100.00 We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site once your booking is confirmed, and your security deposit is processed; a week before arrival. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day. SECURITY BOND The Host requires a minimum security bond of $600, which increases for very long stays and bookings on the day of arrival.

Fantastic warehouse apartment in funky Collingwood
Superb penthouse apartment just step away from Smith Street’s funky bars, restaurants and Messina gelato (couldn’t not mention that!!!). City-bound tram service in close proximity, and a mass of coffee shops on the doorstep – Oxford St apartment was in a cracking location. Communication with Chris was always very, very prompt and the check-in service with Bienvenue was very convenient and most appreciated after a long-haul flight. The apartment was equipped with everything you could ever need, and outside decks on both levels were very relaxing spaces. Would definitely recommend staying here for those heading to Melbourne.

Beautiful space and location
Excellent location in the middle of shops, cafes, restaurants and public transport. With lots of space, it is a bright modern and well designed place that feels like a home very quickly. The kitchen is full of thoughtful additions that made cooking very easy (although its worth eating out for the number of excellent restaurants nearby). Check in and communication were very easy, would certainly recommend!

Superb location when you want to feel like a local
This place got everything you need to feel at home. It has a fully equipped kitchen which is handy when you have kids and don't feel like eating out (although there is enough choice close by so you would never have to cook). Here you can feel like a local when you are sipping your coffee while still having access to all the great things Melbourne has to offer. The CBD is just a short train ride away and for us with kids it was easy to get to the Melbourne Museum (great kids gallery) and the Collingwood Childrens Farm. The apartment is really spacious and light. Enough said, I wish I could live here myself.

It really is a brilliant location for things nearby as well as other venues anywhere around Melbourne. As you said though, the apartment itself is not only spacious and light; it has two large, sunlit decks which double the amount of living area in the property. I hope you return again, as we have installed a fantastic large rainforest shower head, but there will also be a new outdoor setting on the upper deck to make the most of the amazing penthouse aspect. If you would like to try somewhere else for a change of scene though, we have 26 different locations around inner Melbourne, so there is plenty of scope for variety. Perfect Location
It’s a brilliant apartment. Perfectly situated in the best neighborhood in Melbourne - restaurants and coffee shops galore and a great vibe. The place has two outdoor patios - one on each floor, and tons of natural light. It’s cosy and also bright and very welcoming and doesn’t feel like a personality- less corporate apartment. I was very happy here while I was working in Melbourne and would definitely stay again.

The owner is from Scandinavia, and has furnished it in a similar manner to her homeland; and included a lot of furniture that was brought over here with her family. A perfect base for exploring Melbourne
The location of this apartment is perfect, just a few tram stops from the CDB but there are even more hip cafés and groovy bars in this neighbourhood. I have previously stayed in the Melbourne CBD in a serviced apartment but this place is superior. Fully equipped kitchen, amazing natural light, large bedrooms and living area. My 4yo son especially liked the outdoor spaces and how you can look at people below from the upstairs balcony. I would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended
Wonderful, comfortable apartment containing everything I needed for a great stay. Large, light filled, and fantastic outdoor area - unique. Everything as advertised. Great communication before and during the stay. The area is one of the best in Melbourne. So much to do at Smith Street which is only metres away. I recommend it highly.

Family stay in Melbourne

Collingwood apartment
We were extremely happy with the accommodation and would be very pleased to recommend it. The location alone was fabulous- we were able to enjoy all that we wanted to see / experience in Melbourne without any difficulty. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, although there were many stairs to navigate . Quick and reliable communication made our stay easy. Overall we loved our time at your apartment and would return again without hesitation.
