Villa
Newly built (2020) traditional Cycladic villa within 400m from Pori Beach. Located in an idyllic 4-acre estate, Blue Harpist provides luxury accommodation with magnificent views to the Aegean Sea and Keros island. The perfect island retreat for families and friends.
Layout:
Ground floor - 1 master bedroom with a king bed and a veranda, 1 bathroom with shower, living room with 2 big sofas and TV, open-plan fully equipped kitchen, outdoor sea-view terrace with dining table and deck chairs as well as lounge area
Basement floor - 2 bedrooms with 1 king bed each, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 sofa-bed in a communal space, wine cellar.
The ground floor bedroom is more suitable for older people as no use of stairs is needed.
Daily cleaning. Change of linen twice a week.

Beautiful place, great people
The villa is magical, clean, new, arranged tastefully and with quality. Beautiful view. Michael (the manager) is super kind, helpful and friendly, Eka (the cleaner) takes very good care. There is a fantastic little restaurant on Pori beach, Kaleggio. We rarely travel to the same place more than once, but here we would come back with great pleasure. Thank you!

Dreamy stay at Blue Harpist
Our stay at the blue harpist for 5 nights in early September was a fantastic experience definitely to repeat. Brand new villas thoughtfully designed to address all needs for relaxing and comfort holidays. Harpa villa is ideal for 3 couples with 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 lounges and a fully equipped kitchen, while the wine corner of the house is a delightful surprise for wine enthusiasts. The balcony, the most inspiring area of the house, overlooks the crystal blue water of Pori beach, only 5 min walking distance. Michalis was an excellent host, really kind and always willing to help! Highly recommended for dreamy holidays on a greek island! Can't wait to return back next year!

Blue Harpist
We visited Koufonisia and especially Blue Harpist Villas in September and had an incredible time! Our trip was the perfect escape from everything that's going on in the world. We stayed at the Harpa villa. It was perfect for our stay with 3 bedrooms, 2 livingrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. It was just as pictured and even better. Beautiful and well decorated. Everything was brand new and with a taste of salt, sea and sun..The view was amazing and we had perfect breakfasts and dinners by the balcony, enjoying the breathtaking view of Pori! Michalis made us feel so welcome, he offered kind services all the time and delicious homemade, authentic goods from the island. Finally, we were truly impressed by the hygiene measures at the villa, which made us feel that we were in a safe environment with the best conditions..in Paradise!
Thank you guys, looking forward to this summer again..!

Amazing location, beautiful house, hiking and BBQ
My wife and I loved our trip to Koufonisia and our stay in the Blue Harpist Villas.
There is an amazing outdoor BBQ that we used to grill a whole fish one afternoon. We highly recommend making one meal at "home" in the beautiful kitchen and using the BBQ.
There are beautiful hikes on the island. Our favorite was from Pori Beach to Fanos Beach.
We loved going in June and would highly recommend going in the off-season (June or September). Our new friend Giorgios who works at a tavern in town told us about how the island can get busy in August, but we loved being there when it wasn't busy.
We are already trying to plan our next trip!
