Walk to the beach and less than 250 meters from the train station. By train, it is within 20 minutes of Rome's, San Pietro Station and the Vatican. The BIRG train ticket allows a person to use all public transportation systems in the Rome area for one day, for only 8 euros.

Wunderschöne erstklassig geräumige in italienischem Stil ausgestattete Wohnung. Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer, sehr Sauber, Küche bietet alles was man braucht. Insgesamt sehr gemütlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bahnhof und erstklassiger Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke. Strand muss man etwas weiter laufen, aber zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Zugverbindung nach Rom auch sehr gut. Haustiere sind willkommen. Sehr nette Begrüßung durch eine nette junge Frau die auch während des Aufenhalts immer hilfreich zur Seite steht und auch für alle Fragen offen ist.
Insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub im wunderschönen Ladispoli.

Il rispetto delle regole
Voglio condividere l'esperienza negativa vissuta durante il soggiorno House at the beach north of Rome Ladispoli. Mi è stata chiesta al mio arrivo una cauzione di 150.00 euro in contanti: sono rimasta sorpresa ma non avendo portato con me i documenti con le condizioni e i vari pagamenti effettuati tramite il sito non ho potuto controllare. A posteriori ho verificato che di questa cauzione il sito non ne parla.
A fine locazione mi è stato chiesto un risarcimento di 75.00 euro per un tagliere di legno a detta loro ( proprietario non presente e sua collaboratrice presente) rovinato in maniera irrimediabile dall'acqua in soli tre giorni.
Mi domando ma di cosa era fatto!
Dopo lunga discussione telefonica la cifra è stata ridotta a 25.00 euro!
Faccio presente che non è stata rilasciata alcuna ricevuta nè della cauzione iniziale nè del risarcimento stimato arbitrariamente dal proprietario senza presentazione di scontrino!
Inoltre c'è stato anche un allagamento nella cucina inspiegabile!!!!!!!!
Dovuto alla lavastoviglie? Dovuto al Frigorifero?
Impossibile troppa acqua a terra con il rischio che le due persone anziane alloggiate in casa di cui una con invalidità al 100% scivolassero e cadessero a terra!
La mattina stessa l'azienda locale gestore dell'acqua a Ladispoli
ha fatto dei lavori di manutenzione proprio davanti la villetta.
Che strana coincidenza!!!!!!!!!
E' stata chiamata la collaboratrice che essendo impegnata in altro lavoro
non si è preoccupata minimamente della situazione
infatti ho dovuto chiamare la donna di servizio di mia figlia per raccogliere l'acqua pagandola!!!!!!

In 10 anni che ho messo la mia casa per uso vacanza non ho mai incontrato persone di questo tipo. Non si sa cosa hanno combinato causando un allagamento in cucina che poi si è costato che non solo il tagliere è stato rovinato ma proprio il pensile accanto il frigorifero. Quindi il danno che hanno causato non è di soltanto 25 € ma molto probabile in torno 500€. Posso dire che le due signore con la loro badante non sono affatto affidabili per affittare una casa vacanze. In tutti questi anni non ho mai ricevuto una valutazione meno di 4 stelle. Questa è stata la prima volta che ho dovuto ritenere parte della cauzione per danni subiti. La mia raccomandazione e di non affittare una casa vacanza a queste persone.

Zeer proper en ruim huis met alle accommodatie!
Zeer mooi en proper huis. Ruim genoeg en alles aanwezig zodat je zelf bijna niets hoeft mee te nemen.
Zeker de moeite waard!
Very nice house. Enough space and excellent accommodation (towels, hairdryer, sheets, kitchenequipment ...). It was worth while!

Nice house and clean, close to train 200m .To beach 600-700 m
Its very near to a butcher , and he have also wine and fruits.
