This two bedroom couple's retreat offers all you need so that if you don't want to venture out during your stay you don't have to.
Wake up and have your coffee while taking in the breathtaking views on your private terrace, then maybe go for an energizing swim or practice water aerobics in our Endlesspool®. Dry off or sunbathe on your private rooftop or terrace.
Run into town and grab the essentials to prepare an authentic Italian meal in your kitchen that is fully stocked with all implements, gadgets and appliances.
When the afternoons really sizzle, write some postcards home or take a nap in air conditioned comfort, read a book or watch TV.

A deposit of 50 euros, which will be refunded at the end of your stay, is required for the gate remote control (if requested).
Guests assume full liability resulting from use of the endless pool.
Guests are responsible for ensuring that the rooftop access door is properly shut when they leave the apartment to avoid any weather damage to the interior of the apartment and to ensure their safety and security at all times.

Fabulous getaway in the Friuli hills
It’s a newly opened property. Immaculate, modern in its decor, it has spectacular 360* views which can be admired from several vantage points in the house and on the rooftop terrace. Evening cocktails on one of the terraces was one of our favorite activities. We chose this location for a relaxing getaway after some intensive medical treatments. The owner was a consummate hostess tending to our needs and requests. She made our trip more than relaxing, she ensured it was restorative!

Amazing relaxing getaway with a view!
This location with views gives you a sense of total relaxation! I loved every moment sitting and looking at nature. The property is beautiful and immaculate. It has amazing architecture and every comfort for guests. A true home away from home. The host was so attentive to our every need and very kind. I loved the indoor pool with a view, which made a lovely option for exercise or just an opportunity to escape the heat in the day! Definitely a place to go to unwind surrounded by a gorgeous setting.

Magic moments
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im LVI retreat. Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre phantastische Aussicht. Großartig ist nicht nur die Terrasse, der Indoorpool mit Gegenstromanlage, sondern auch der Rooftop mit 360° Sicht mit magischen Momenten beim Sonnenuntergang. Die Unterkunft ist modern und Stilvoll eingerichtet mit super Küche und ist optimal für zwei Personen, aber auch zu viert klasse. Die Gastgeberin ist toll - sie ist sehr freundlich, top organisiert und vor allen sehr unkompliziert. Wir haben viele ihrer Tips umgesetzt und waren sehr zufrieden.

Un weekend in famiglia
Una rivelazione, l'appartamento è incantevole e studiato nei minimi dettagli a partire dalla struttura fino all'arredamento (la vista dal terrazzo, dalla camera e dalla terrazza panoramica è pazzesca!)...una cura dell'ospite che non abbiamo mai riscontrato da nessuna parte fin'ora, La cucina è attrezzata con ogni accessorio e utensile e Manuela è sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa. Alcuni dettagli ci hanno veramente stupito, le cialde del caffè a disposizione, un aperitivo con formaggio, composta di cipolle e vino all'arrivo, in bagno spazzolino per chi l'avesse dimenticato ma anche assorbenti e salviettine per il bambino. Sarà uno dei posti che consiglieremo sicuramente a parenti e amici. Complimenti❤️
