The bungalow is fully air-con. 7 minutes drive to IKEA, Design Village, VTEC, 2nd Penang Bridge; 8 minutes to Batu Kawan Industrial Park, famous Tambun seafood restaurants; 1 minute to Stadium. Good location. No Traffic Jam!
It's a beautiful villa facing a river covered with mangrove. When in season, there are thousands of egrets & other migratory birds flying in front of the house especially during the month of Sep to Apr.
A quiet, peaceful, and cozy place to stay, for holiday & works.

Clean, quiet, serene bungalow, good location
Strategic location - walking distance to Stadium Batu Kawan, near IKEA Penang, Design Village, and Batu Kawan Industrial Park. This bungalow house is family and work friendly, has high speed wifi. Most important to us, the house is fully air-conditioning, extremely clean and quiet.
