Interaction with guests
I meet all the guests on arrival with tea, & biscuits, advise them on the best places to eat, drink, & whats on in the area during their stay. Then hand them the keys, I prefer the hands -off approach but I'm always a phone call away should I be needed.

About the neighborhood
Duncormick is a hidden gem in the south Wexford countryside with many local beaches, and walks in it. A traditional old Irish pub with music most weekends. Plenty of top class places to dine within 15 min drive of house. Bird watchers flock to local estuaries in winter, + spring to note migrating, and resident species. A favorite spot for anglers with specimens recorded annually. Bannow bay where the Normans first landed in Ireland is well worth a visit, and is just one of the local attractions.
