Tenuta San Giovanni is a private estate of approximately 16 hectares in the heart of Tuscany, between San Miniato and Montaione, built around an ancient castle of Medioeval origin.
We permanently hosts an international community of residents who have found their own dimension living in contact with nature, sharing their experiences and expressing their artistic and cultural attitudes.
The main building, Villa San Giovanni, a fully restored 1845 house, including bedrooms, spacious common areas, and a swimming pool surrounded by olive trees.
Cipresso has been created from an old barn and tastefully renovated.
The beautiful countryside around us, our gardens, the rooms of the Villa and the barn, are our invitation to spend with us an unprecedented holiday experience.

I cannot recommend Villa Buonaparte enough it's perfect for a big group with extended family as the villa is very spacious and comfortable. The rustic villa is situated at the top of a hill commanding a majestic view of the vinyards, olive plantations and the beautiful local church halfway up the hill.
