This gorgeous Villa consists of three level floors, the top floor features three newly renovated airconditioned double bedrooms (2 double beds in the two bedrooms & 2 single in the 3rd bedroom); One of them has ensuite bathroom and there is another bathroom for common use, all rooms have lovely balconies with amazing views, overlooking the sea, mountains, trees and of course our beautiful garden and swimming pool.
The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining area with top notch amenities and a living room with a new smart HD 43” TV and new A/C, ideal for hours of relaxing, also a bathroom is located on this floor.
On the lower level, besides the private swimming pool area with new sunbeds and BBQ and dining area, there is a newly renovated fully equipped Studio that can accommodate 2 extra persons. This brand-new Studio besides the double bedroom also provides you easy access to a bathroom, kitchen and refrigerator in case you are having a relaxing time in the swimming pool and want to make the less possible effort to reach out on your necessary needs. This villa is ideal for large families or group of friends.

We stayed in this villa in July 2017 for two weeks as a family of four with two children aged 10 and 12 years old.
From the booking process inwards communication with George was prompt and very helpful.
The villa itself was very clean and was the perfect size for our family. It was great too for a family with children as it is straight forward and unfussy inside. The kitchen was a brilliant size for any cooking you may want to do (as well as having a large BBQ outside) with plenty of pots and pans as well as salt and pepper, condiments, washing up liquid, tea towel etc. which we have found can't always be relied on in previous properties.
Hot water was plentiful, there's air conditioning in all rooms and the Wi-Fi was consistent and reliable. Bath towels and pool towels were supplied.
There was a fabulous balcony from the sitting room which takes in those views - great for a chilled breakfast or drink in the evening.
George gave us a lovely welcome pack on arrival and was exceptionally helpful throughout the stay. He really was just at the end of a text and among other things organised a taxi into Argostoli for us us (50€ return).
The pool was cleaned daily by George's Father who is very friendly if you are up at that time (he comes early) and the villa is cleaned twice weekly whilst you are there. But the star of the show has to be the outside area and those views, they were quite simply stunning and if you rent the villa for nothing else rent it for this. The infinity pool is a really good size and is kept exceptionally clean and you can float in it staring out to the sea and Lixouri beyond. What a treat! Not made clear on the photos for this villa is that there is a covered seating area near the pool with a table and 6 chairs and 6 sun loungers.
Farsa is about 10-15 minute drive from Argostoli, has two Tavernas within a 10 minute walk from the villa, we used Milos a few times during our stay and received a really warm welcome.
Whilst there are neighbouring properties, you have a lot of privacy and we rarely saw anyone else. The real joy though for us though was the small holding next door which kept very happy chickens and there were some goats kept locally. Our abiding memories are of the heady scent of Kefalonia herbs hanging in the air, the occasional tinkle of a goat bell and the contented clucking of the chickens - peace and those views. Thank you for a lovely, relaxing stay George.

Wow, this has to be the best villa i have every stayed in (and in stayed in 20+) over the years.
Villa Erato was and is a dream villa and location, the views from the balcony's and pool are are stunning.
The interior is perfect for a holiday let with all the facilities you could ever need.
The bedrooms and beds are just right with air con in each room up and down.
George has been the perfect host, checking in on us via email to make sure all is well, any advice/help is only a quick phone call or email away small or large is ni issue at all.
parking is very easy either down a small side road at the side of the villa or a gated drive x 2 to choose from.
All in all the best holiday/villa highly recommended.

Lovely Villa with stunning views!
Just come back from a fort nights holiday here, it was lovely. Really relaxing. Lovely views. Really clean. George the owner was there to meet us and text us now and again to check all was well. I would recommend this place and may even book next year again ourselves.

Superbra vistelse
Liksom de andra som skrivit hade vi det fantastiskt bra i huset. Det var mycket välstädat och trevligt inrett (inte överlastat med saker vilket var bra). Jättefin utsikt och flera balkonger och terrasser som man kunde njuta av den från. Mycket bra stjärnskådning på natten och fint med ljusen från Lixouri och Argostoli. En trevlig bris gjorde det lite svalare när det var varmt. Bra pool som städades varje morgon vid 07:30-tiden och trevliga planteringar runt huset. Vi trivdes verkligen bra. Mikrovågsugnen gick sönder (antagligen under ett åskoväder dagarna innan) och George ersatte den dagen efter. Överhuvudtaget svarade han hela tiden mycket snabbt på frågor som jag skickade via mail och skrev också och kollade ibland att allt var bra. Städning och byte av handdukar ingick en gång under den veckan vi var där, mycket trevlig personal som kom och gjorde det. En granne kom över med lite ägg en dag vilket också var trevligt.
I byn finns tre restauranger som vi såg. Den närmaste, en bit till höger efter att man gått upp till huvudgatan, provade vi inte eftersom jag är vegetarian och det mest verkade vara grillat kött. Vi såg andra sitta där och äta och det såg bra ut, många verkade också hämta gyros där. Astrolavos restaurang hade trevlig och vällagad mat, vi tyckte att den var bäst även om också Milos restaurang var trevlig med fin utsikt.

Amazing Villa, Amazing Island
From the moment we booked this Villa everything was made so easy for us and any queries were answered promptly.
George is the perfect host, giving us a guided tour of the Villa to ensure we knew where everything was.
The welcome pack which was left for us by George was more than adequate, lots of basic essentials which was sufficient for our fortnight stay
Villa was spotlessly clean and catered for everyone's needs, views were second to none and we were lucky enough to see Dolphins swimming by from Villas poolside, which overlooks the sea, speaking of which, brilliant outdoor area with a welcoming pool and BBQ area
Although this was off the beaten track it was perfect and exactly what we wanted, it was approximately 20 mins to the Capital of Argostoli in car, we were able to explore best part of the Island due to Villas location
We had one small blip with the hot water system but a quick message to George and this was resolved quicker than you could say Kefalonia!!!
There was a lovely Taverna/restaurant called Milos about 5/10mins along top road where Costas made us very welcome and also made us some great food with a little tune on the
Mandolin thrown in
If you are after good meat supplies for the BBQ go see Alex at the Meat Market in Argostoli on main road alongside the Harbour where you can also see the beautiful Turtles swimming in Harbour
Loved this place so much we are already looking at return next year, we would highly recommend this Villa.

Hidden Gem
From the moment we arrived to a warm welcome we knew we had made the right decision to book this beautiful villa.
The villa was far too big for just the two of us, but would be perfect for a large family or friends travelling together. George has done a perfect job, with almost everything you would need and the villa was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the rural sounds of the chickens next door and occasional sheep bell and otherwise it was completely peaceful.
The views are stunning although the local beach is really just stones so I would recommend a hire car.
The pool and gardens were well cared for and the bbq area is great for socialising.
We will definitely return.
