Over the decades we have specialized in the cultivation of open field vegetables such as artichokes, peppers, aubergines, tomatoes, courgettes and pumpkins. For about a decade we have rediscovered the ancient Sicilian grains of the most famous varieties such as Margherito, Timilia, Scorsonera and Regina, and legumes also protected by Slow Food such as black lentils and black chickpeas.
