Apartamento rural situado en un edificio con 2 apartamentos rurales mas . Situados a 2,5Km de Potes y cerca de los Picos de Europa.
El apartamento cuenta con dos habitaciones y cocina-salon con sofa-cama grande para 2 personas y un baño.
La cocina esta equipada con todo tipo de menaje, cuenta con tv , calefacción .
Cuenta con sabanas y toallas . Hay wifi gratuito para los clientes.
Las Viviendas Rurales Valverde disponen de varios jardin con mesas, sillas alrededor de la casa y tumbonas, piscina ( de temporada ), barbacoas cubiertas y aparcamiento propio. ( todo ello de uso compartido con el resto de apartamentos).
Se admiten animales bajo peticion y con un coste adicional de 10€/mascota al dia. No se admiten mascotas en Julio y Agosto.

DECEPCIONANTE
Hay que reconocer que el paraje es impresionante. Naturaleza en estado puro. La villa medieval de Potes es digna de verse. Y los apartamentos rurales Valverde encajan perfectamente en el entorno. Pero solo eso.
Si lo que buscáis es un poco de tranquilidad y privacidad, ya os estáis olvidando.
La casa consta de dos apartamentos abuhardillados en la parte superior, por lo que tenéis a los vecinos puerta con puerta, aguantando portazos y ruidos. En la parte inferior se encuentra la vivienda de los dueños, los cuales viven ahí, por lo tenéis que compartir las zonas comunes no solo con los vecinos, si no también con los dueños.
Y eso de bajar a la piscina y encontrase con toda la familia resulta un poco violento.
En fin, no creo que vuelva.

Volvería hoy mismo
Fuimos mi pareja y yo, con los dos perros (Pastor Alemán y Mestizo de 10 kg) a pasar un fin de semana. El apartamento es muy coqueto, muy cómodo, con wifi. La terraza de nuestro apartamento impresionante como para desayunar o cenar en ella. Está en un pueblo muy tranquilo.
Los dueños viven justo debajo de los apartamentos, pero están tan bien insonorizados, que ni nos enteramos que vivían allí.
En cuanto a zonas comunes (piscina y jardín), no podemos opinar, ya que a estas alturas del año, se disfrutan más los apartamentos que la piscina o jardín.
Se portaron muy bien con nosotros, mucha información sobre qué hacer por la zona o cómo ir a los sitios a visitar. Muy agradables, gracias, se lo recomendaremos a todo el mundo y volveremos siempre que podamos.

A Wonderful Holiday
We enjoyed a super holiday at this apartment . Myself and my wife stayed with my daughter son and law and 2 young children for 2 weeks. Their are 2 identical apartments on the first floor both plenty big enough, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. As we had the two children several days were spent by the wonderful pool. in the garden there is a BBQ housed in its own building which means you can BBQ when weather not so good. Booking was easy and efficient. Frama is just outside Potes which is a wonderful little town and we walked there in about 30 minutes down a traffic free footpath. There is a restaurant and bakery in Frame also in walking distance which is very good value for money.There is plenty to do in the area. Canoeing in Panes was great and my Son inlaw enjoyed a great day on the Via ferreta, and accompanied me on some terrific mountain walks while the girls sunned themselves by the pool
Everybody is very friendly at the apartment, and we were presented on a couple of occasions with some fresh produce from the extensive vegetable garden. Many thanks to Sonia for a splendid time I would recommend this apartment to anybody visiting the Picos which is after all only a short drive from Santander and fairly undiscovered by the British

Estancia maravillosa, muy recomendable.
Hemos estado unos dias con nuestro hijo y nos ha encantado la casa. Trato muy cercano y el apartamento muy bonito y limpio. El jardin es estupendo para los niños, esperamos volver cuando este abierta la piscina . Encima esta muy cerca de Potes. Gracias por vuestra atencion.

Mooi authentiek huis op toplocatie
Zeer gastvrije eigenaren. Comfortabel huis. Zelfs de hond was welkom. Prima uitvalsbasis voor mooie wandelingen.

Great location
Great, quiet location in walking distance to Potes. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Highly recommended.
