About the neighborhood
A perfect place to getaway from it all!: If you want a quiet place to stay, and like to explore your holiday destination by car or bike then the Holmes Place Apartment No.5 is just what you need. Its a great apartment to come back to at the end of a day's exploring but also a great base from which to head out of in the morning. Paphos, Polis, the Akamas peninsula and the Troodos mountains are all easy to get to from Peyia as well as passage into the Northern part of the island which was previously prohibited. There is a bus service from Peyia village to Coral Bay and on the Paphos. However, a car is definitely recommended. Peyia itself has 2 supermarkets, one of which sells everything you can think of. There are also several banks with ATMs
There are local bars and shops within walking distance with a bus service to and from Paphos & Coral Bay, plenty of taxi's also available, however I would recommend a car unless you know the area well and know exactly where you wish to travel to and from etc
How to get there
Airport: Paphos: 31.1 mi
Head towards Coral bay turn left when you see a sign for Peyia and pass the big Gym on the left, then first left along the road you'll see a sign for Holmes Place
