The Villa consists of 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, a large covered veranda outside, with dining area and living area, in addition to the garden. The distance of the house from the white sandy beach is just 150 meters of paved road. The house is independent and has a private car park. From our villa you can walk to a supermarket, a cafè, a bakery, a newstand, a tobacconist, a pharmacy, some restaurants, pizzerias, grocery, some little shops, etc.<BR>On the sandy beach, near the villa (only 150 meters), you can do activities like Beach Volley, Windsurf, Beach Tennis, Canoeing. You can also eat and drink at the cafés on the beach, and spend your nights at the disco near the beach.<BR> <BR>

Amazing house
We were a family with 3 couples and 2 young children (2yrs and 18m) and the house was just perfect. The house is split into 2 rentals but each has its own outside kitchen and garden so you can enjoy being outside without being distrurbed by the other side of the house.
The house is also very close to the beach.
We would definitively recommend this place for friends or families!

The villa and its location- a piece of heaven. Try it! Rosalia was also very kind, with a lot of information for us. The very close sandy beach was also very nice.

Spettacolare! !
Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa villa bifamiliare ed eravamo un gruppo numeroso di 4 famiglie. . La casa è spaziosa e super organizzata!!! Le cucine esterne sotto il porticato ci hanno permesso di preparare e cenare tutti insieme!! (in 18!!) Le camere sono spaziose. Climatizzate e con bagno.. Due spaziosi soggiorni completano la casa. Il proprietario molto disponibile ci ha anche prestato gli ombrelloni per la spiaggia.. la consigliamo sicuramente!!

Nonostante l'elevato numero di persone la casa ci è stata riconsegnata in perfette condizioni, per una vacanza vissuta all'insegna del rispetto, pulizia, ordine e silenzio, insomma uno di quei gruppi che tutti quanti vorremmo ospitare

Come a casa nostra ma con il mare!
Eravamo tre famiglie con bambini (dai o a 5 anni) e abbiamo trovato la villetta perfetta alle notre esigenze! Abbastanza privacy ma anche tanto posto per stare insieme. Il villaggio non è dei più incantevoli, ma il mare è bello (con acqua cristallina). Bei posti da visitare nelle vicinanze. Cucine ben equipaggiate, Osti molto cari e per niente complicati. Pizzeria, panificio e negozietto nelle vicinanze. Insomma, ci isamo sentiti a nostro agio e ci siamo goduti delle bellissime vacanze con bimbi e genitori felici! Non possiamo che racomandare Villa Elisa!

Meravigliosa !!!
Eravamo 5 famiglie di amici con 5 figli . Cercavamo una sistemazione dove potessimo stare tutti insieme pur avendo ognuno la propria privacy e sopratutto il proprio bagno . E abbiamo trovato questa meraviglia che rispecchiava le nostre esigenze .
Villa molto curata, pulita e con ogni confort . Con la presenza della lavastoviglie ci siamo concessi il lusso di evitare le stoviglie di plastica . Camere spaziose e con aria condizionata . Spazi comuni ampi . I ragazzi hanno apprezzato lo spazio esterno e il Ping pong e anche noi ... rilassati sui divanetti esterni pronti ad organizzare le innumerevoli escursioni che si possono fare . La vicinanza al mare ( si raggiunge a piedi ) consente di pianificare una vacanza di estremo relax al mare oppure come noi di alternare mare presso la ns spiaggia e visita a località vicine sempre balneari unendo quel pizzico di cultura e curiosità che non guastano .

I tavoli esterni , ampi e confortevoli e la presenza di 2 cucine ci hanno permesso di organizzare addirittura una cucina e tavolo per la colazione e una cucina e relativo tavolo per la cena. Le cucine molto attrezzate . Presenti tutti gli accessori che abitualmente usiamo a casa nostra . È come sentirsi a casa ma al mare.
Pizzeria , panificio , farmacia market Tutto raggiungibile a piedi . Ipermercato a 5 km per la spesa più pesante . Spiaggia libera e attrezzata . Essendo in tanti abbiamo optato X la spiaggia attrezzata . Ci sarebbe da scrivere un diario per le splendide vacanze per cui non resta che raccomandare alla grande villa Elisa e ringraziare i proprietari gentilissimi e sempre disponibili nel darci informazioni culinarie e indicazioni turistiche .

INDIMENTICABILE!!!
A Villa Elisa io ed il resto dei miei amici e familiari abbiamo trascorso una vacanza indimenticabile. Tutto è risultato impeccabile; dalla location all'accoglienza dei proprietari, alle condizioni della villa. Ampi spazi, così come pubblicizzati, pulizia ed arredi impeccabili. Condizione ideale per età di ogni genere e per gruppi numerosi.............
Ringrazio ancora il proprietario per l'accoglienza offertaci e per l'occasione dataci di trascorrere une bellissima vacanza. Sicuramente consigliato!

Vacanza magica a cinque stelle
Villa Elisa è un posto da sogno, una meravigliosa villa al centro della località turistica di Fontane Bianche, tranquilla e con tutte le attività commerciali vicinissime, tanto da averci fatto vivere una magica vacanza, tranquilla e comoda, anche senza la necessità di usare la macchina. Dalla villa, inoltre, si raggiunge in 3 minuti, a piedi, la bellissima baia di Fontane Bianche, e non è un particolare da poco. La spiaggia è di sabbia bianca e il mare assolutamente cristallino, il tutto molto adatto ai bambini e godibilissimo anche da noi adulti. Io ho viaggiato molto ma vi assicuro che questa spiaggia non ha proprio nulla da invidiare a quelle più rinomate di tutto il mondo. Tornando alla villa dico solo che ci ho lasciato il cuore. La parte esterna comprende un bellissimo e ampio giardino, due enormi verande esterne coperte, con annesse cucine fornitissime, compresi i barbecue, uno dei quali molto bello, in muratura; spazi perfetti per trascorrere indimenticabili serate cariche di atmosfera, anche grazie alle luci bellissime e sapientemente piazzate nei punti giusti dalla proprietaria; un’altra parte di giardino, alberato, è adibita a parcheggio privato, molto grande e comodo. Gli interni della villa sono curatissimi, nei minimi particolari, a partire dai materiali pregiati che la compongono. Aria condizionata in tutta la casa, TV con bouquet SKY completo, internet velocissimo e gratuito, bagni nuovi, alcuni davvero molto grandi, e camere da letto spaziosissime e arredate in maniera davvero raffinata, e tutte dotate di grandi armadi e di ventilatore a soffitto (per coloro che magari non sopportano l’aria condizionata). La dotazione di elettrodomestici è davvero incredibile, quasi eccessiva, con due lavatrici, due frigoriferi, una lavastoviglie, 3 piani di cottura, un forno a incasso, un microonde, un grande forno elettrico e molto altro, tutto nuovo e meravigliosamente funzionante. I nostri bambini hanno avuto anche la bella sorpresa di trovare bellissimi giocattoli a loro disposizione, ma anche noi adulti abbiamo gradito molto il tavolo da ping-pong completo di tutto e le molte sdraio, nuovissime, sparse per il giardino, per poter prendere comodamente il sole. Insomma consiglio vivamente questa stupenda villa che si presta a ospitare famiglie (anche numerose) con bambini, ma anche gruppi di amici, aggiungerei di qualsiasi età, perché i comfort in essa presenti sono davvero tanti, compreso il magico silenzio che avvolge l'intera proprietà, dall'alba al tramonto, pur trovandosi al centro esatto della località turistica di Fontane Bianche.

Ringrazio tantissimo questo stupendo gruppo di famiglie italo-americane per aver apprezzato la nostra villa e tutto quello che essa offre, e anche per aver lasciato la casa pulita e perfetta, cosi come era stata loro consegnata al check-in. Grazie per le belle parole scritte nella recensione, saranno sempre ospiti graditissimi nel caso in cui volessero, un giorno, ritornare.

Perfekt för stora sällskap
Vi var 10 stycken som åkte iväg en vecka i Oktober för att fira två 60-åringar. Stort och rymligt hus med 5 sovrum, 5 badrum, 3 kök varav två ute samt massvis med ytor att både sitta och ha aktiviteter. Stor lummig inhängnad trädgård som är delad i två då den andra delen av huset också går att hyra men detta märkte vi ej något av.
Nära till stranden, bara några få minuters promenad, som var fantastisk med fin sand och klart vatten. Närhet till fina utflyktsmål med Syrakusa, Noto och vill man åka lite längre är även Etna och Taormina inom räckhåll.
Bra service och tillgänglighet, fick god hjälp med att hitta matbutiker och när vi saknade något så ordnades det utan problem.
Allt som allt en superfin vecka!

I feel really happy about this group of Swedes because of the respect they showed for our house. They left it really clean and tidy, exactly the same as they found it when they checked in.

A family friendly villa, close to the beach
The villa is as nice as the pictures. It is cool, quiet, set in a garden with plenty of room for children to run around in the fully fenced grassy yard under large trees. The house is fully air-conditioned, although it was not something we needed as the fans and breezes provided enough cool for us, but I can imagine that at other times it might be very much appreciated. The child-friendly beach is only a short walk, as are little shops and restaurants. It is within a short drive from from the antiquities of Syracuse and Noto as well as beautiful beaches in the national park.
Rosalia and Giuseppe are friendly and very knowledgeable.They were extremely helpful in getting the most perfect birthday cake that my son wanted to buy for my birthday.
If you are thinking of an extended family holiday the villa may be a perfect base for you too.

Villa bellissima vicino al mare!!!
Ho soggiornato a Villa Elisa con altre 2 famiglie di amici per un totale di 11 persone.
Gli spazi sono immensi, ognuno con la propria privacy, molto adatti anche a bambini piccoli per la presenza di altalena, scivolo, giochi per il mare e un tavolo da ping pong anche per gli adulti. Bellissimo il giardino: molto spazioso e dotato delle attrezzature per prendere il sole o semplicemente fare 2 chiacchiere tra amici rilassandosi.
Cucine molto attrezzate con tutto ciò che può servire durante una vacanza.
Proprietari molto disponibili alle richieste avanzate.
Due cose che non mi consentono di dare il massimo dei voti: 1) i bagni del piano superiore dovrebbero essere dotati di asta doccia per utilizzare comodamente la vasca. Uno in realtà lo era ma non funzionante. 2) la spiaggia e il mare inferiori alle aspettative. Spiaggia del lido Fontane Bianche molto piccola e stretta e il mare cristallino come si vede nelle foto su internet solo nelle prime ore del mattino, poi nel pomeriggio simile alla Riviera Adriatica... di sicuro non al livello del mare del Sud Italia

I consigli degli ospiti sono sempre molto utili per far crescere ulteriormente la struttura, anche quando, come in questo caso, l'osservazione di Pamela riguarda un piccolo particolare che attenzioneremo e risolveremo immediatamente in quanto renderebbe sicuramente più comoda la fruizione delle due docce al primo piano. Per quanto riguarda la spiaggia, oltre al Lido Fontane Bianche ci sono altri lidi molto più grandi e attrezzati a pochi metri, bastava fare qualche passo in più. Infine mi corre l'obbligo di dire a Pamela che mai nessuno, davvero, si è mai lamentato del mare di Fontane Bianche, cristallino e caraibico al pari dei più famosi del pianeta. E come TUTTI ben sappiamo, a proposito delle vacanze al mare, i consigli che i proprietari danno ai loro clienti sono i seguenti:
1) il peggior periodo per godersi il mare è quello a cavallo di ferragosto, c'e' troppa gente e la qualità dell'acqua ne risente parecchio;
2) ciononostante l'acqua è sempre cristallina e stupenda al mattino, almeno fino alle 13 circa.
Questi principi valgono per tutte le località balneari più belle d'Italia, compresa una di quelle località del sud Italia citate da Pamela dove abbiamo fatto vacanza personalmente a ferragosto, con mare caraibico, che però alle 13 circa diventava torbido e pieno di alghe, anche per via delle correnti.
Ringrazio comunque Pamela per i complimenti fatti alla nostra villa e mi auguro che possa ritornare da noi, magari in un periodo diverso, che non sia la settimana di ferragosto

About the neighborhood
To have seen Italy without having seen Sicily is to not have seen Italy at all, for Sicily is the clue to everything. Goethe<BR><BR>Syracuse is notable for its rich Greek history, culture, amphitheatres, architecture, and as the birthplace of the preeminent mathematician and engineer Archimedes.[3] This 2,700-year-old city played a key role in ancient times, when it was one of the major powers of the Mediterranean world. Syracuse is located in the southeast corner of the island of Sicily, right by the Gulf of Syracuse next to the Ionian Sea.<BR>- The Temple of Apollo, <BR>- The Fountain of Arethusa, in the Ortygia island. According to a legend, the nymph Arethusa, hunted by Alpheus, took shelter here.<BR>- The Greek theatre, whose cavea is one of the largest ever built by the ancient Greeks: it has 67 rows, divided into nine sections with eight aisles. Only traces of the scene and the orchestra remain. The edifice (still used today) was modified by the Romans, who adapted it to their different style of spectacles, including also circus games. Near the theatre are the latomìe, stone quarries, also used as prisons in ancient times. The most famous latomìa is the Orecchio di Dionisio ("Ear of Dionysius").<BR>- The Roman amphitheatre, of Roman Imperial age. It was partly carved out from the rock. In the centre of the area is a rectangular space which was used for the scenic machinery.<BR>- The so-called Tomb of Archimede, in the Grotticelli Nechropolis. Decorated with two Doric columns, it was a Roman tomb.<BR>- Castello Maniace, constructed between 1232 and 1240, is an example of the military architecture of Frederick II's reign. It is a square structure with circular towers at each of the four corners. The most striking feature is the pointed portal, decorated with polychrome marbles.<BR>- The important Archaeological Museum, with collections including findings from the mid-Bronze Age to 5th century BC.<BR>- Church of Santa Lucìa alla Badìa, a Baroque edifice built after the 1693 earthquake. It houses the Burial of St. Lucy by Caravaggio<BR>- The cathedral (Italian: Duomo) was built by bishop Zosimo in the 7th century over the great Temple of Athena (5th century BC), on Ortygia island. This was a Doric edifice with six columns on the short sides and 14 on the long ones: these can still be seen incorporated in the walls of the current church. The base of the Greek edifice had three steps. The interior of the church has a nave and two aisles. The roof of the nave is from Norman times, as well as the mosaics in the apses. The façade was rebuilt by Andrea Palma in 1725–1753, with a double order of Corinthian columns, and statues by Ignazio Marabitti
