Astrofegia Beach Villa is located in the quiet and peaceful village of Pomos, zero meters from the beach. The sea in front of the villa is safe for swimming and also suitable for snorkeling.
The villa benefits from the endless see view and its own private huge L shape pool, 15x10x5m with a shallow and deep, ideal for adults and children. The pool is HEATED FREE of charge by 20 solar panels.
A beautiful local beach restaurant is just only one minute walk from the villa.
The villa has easy access to all amenities of Polis and Latchi tourist attraction only fifteen minutes by car, including the local markets, many excellent restaurants for eating out and watersports.
With two double and one twin bedroom, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area of beautiful gar...

Perfect location , needs lot of update inside.
We stayed in this villa 2017 autumn and 10 years ago in May too.We chose this villa again because we loved it at the first time when we came.The pool is huge and warm and at that time the view over the sea was just something to die for.Inside it was very dated even 10 years ago but who cared about the old fashioned furnitures .....We celebrated my birthday last year and my special wish was to come back here.Unfortunately I should not have requested it.When we arrived everything had a damp smell ( my husband assumed it was not damp but something cemicals againts bugs .Anyway , it was unpleasant and really strong.Towels , bed linens were dated , really old and uncomfortable.I would like to add that they were not dirty at all but we bought new ones, I just did not want to use them.The biggest disappointness for us was, that view over the sea gone....They planted trees, plants on the bank which completely covered that open view over the sea.I was so sad!All the furniture was the same I think .We also had some incidents with mice , they made a whole on the fly net and came on our bed.We only saw the poo .We immediatelly moved room.( this was on the first floor and we moved to the ground floor)Billiard is great but not enough place to play.By the way, the owners are lovely, so kind and helpful.Restaurant next door is wonderful, you have to try it.The sunset is outstanding on the beach!!!!

The smell it was from the WC cleaning liquid which for some people maybe it's uncomfortable when the villa was closed. There is no meaning to change the furniture because are old!, I think also in our houses we don't throw the furniture and buy new every 2-3 years unless was destroyed, more important ofcouse is to be clean.
About the trees that obscuring the view of the sea will manage to chop it a little, some people prefer that as feel more privacy from the people on the beach.

Just Perfect
This is our second year staying at this villa and it is simply perfect. The villa is located just before the marina, is not overlooked at all and has everything you need for a relaxing break, beautiful private pool, built in bbq, private path to the beach, hammocks, sun loungers, even table tennis table and kayaks! Be aware however this is a villa for a quiet break as there is very little to do close to the villa apart from the Kanali Fish Taverna/bar (which is great!) and the beach. The towns of Polis and Latchi are circa 20 mins away which both have lots of cafes and restaurants. Latchi has a marina with speedboat hire etc and night clubs if that’s what you are after but if you are after utter tranquility then the villa is ideal. The owner is a star and ensures you have all you need but is also discreet and will only visit if prearranged to clean the pool etc. This is simply a must if you want a completely relaxing break!

The perfect place to unwind and relax ...an endless blue of sea and sky
We spent a week in villa Astrofegia with our two kids. The whole experience exceeded our expectations by far. The calmness and beauty of the nature together with all the luxuries and the amenities of the villa made our stay exceptional.

Simply Perfect
The villa was simply fantastic and had everything we could have needed on a relaxing holiday.
Located right on the shore of the Med, accessible via a private pathway, and only 100 yards from the harbour and Kanalli seafood restaurant with views to die for. The views from the main bedroom balcony at sunrise and sunset have to be seen to be believed…
There is an abundance of 'toys' in the villa from a pool table, basketball court and table tennis to canoes and darts, so you will never be short of things to do if that is what you wish. We on the other hand simply wanted to relax and enjoy the tranquillity, sunshine and easy pace.
In each of the 3 bedrooms (as well as the main lounge area) there are modern Smart TVs, DVD players and stereos as well as speakers located outside in the pool/bbq/dining area so you can have your tunes playing while you are sunning yourself or having dinner al fresco!
The L-shaped pool is big and immaculately clean with a shallow area ideal for kids and a deeper end for adults or simply bobbing around relaxing and it gets pretty warm in the hot sun.
Additionally the villa and pool is not overlooked at all so will you have no concerns regarding privacy.
All in all we couldn't find fault or complain about anything at all as the owner seems to have thought of everything and there was nothing we missed when we were there and it made the trip absolutely perfect.
We are already planning our next trip back and can't wait!

perfect for young children
we have just spent a week at Astrofegia beach villa. It is a superb villa with every thought been made towards the setup ad comfort. its obvious it has been a holiday villa for a while as everything has been considered. the shallow sloop and large shallow end of the swimming pool was perfect for my four year old and his cousin to spend hours. We paid for the extra heating of the pool which i would recommend to all out of peak season, it was a constant 31 degrees the whole time.
I have always said that i wouldn't visit a holiday destination twice but for here i would make an exception.

Getting away from it all
We wanted to get away from it all and this villa is just the place to be able to do that. It has everything you could wish for, truly self contained with a magnificent pool with spectacular but secluded views over a quiet beach...the restaurants nearby are within walking distance and offer good reasonably priced food, whilst further afield 10 minutes by car is a fantastic under stated restaurant called "The Restaurant - St Barbara". The food is 5 star quality and cheap.
The Vila was itself quiet and comfortable. We could not get TV but that added go the peace. We did not go anywhere except to eat... So if you are looking for a place to get well away from it all in a pleasant comfortable environment then this is a great place.
The owner made himself accessible but we did not need him as nothing went wrong. He even provided a local mobile with his number in it and credit.

IDYLLIC LOCATION, FANTASTIC VILLA, FRIENDLY HELPFUL OWNER,NOT TO BE MISSED
car essential, be prepared to travel for decent restaurants, villa facilities provide all entertainment if you wish to laze around, if you do require alternative stimulation there is plenty to occupy within an hours drive, watersports, historic sites, walking etc. Would be happy to recommend and return tomorrow!

Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant, this is one unique place. The owner has thought of everything to the point that, apart from shopping, there is no need to ever leave the house if you wish not to. The whole place is well kept and so well equipped with everything that one would ever need on a holiday and to make the stay comfortable. The pool is fabulous, cool and refreshing (it uses a mixture of salt and fresh water) and what a great place to relax in and very private. The location is stunning as it is right on the beach, which is a bit rocky, but you do not want to leave the pool anyway. It is off the beaten track so a car is a must.

A good overall holiday for all ages - young and old.
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the villa. It was very comfortable and well equipped from padding for the sun lounges and a lovely large warm swimming pool. There was a shallow end for my 3 year old and a deep end for the rest of us with vivid lines to show depth for safety. I now have a 6 month old so would feel happy to take him there for a holiday.
The overall cleanliness on arrival was good but I would suggest that if staying for 2 weeks that you arrange a weekly clean as it is a very big villa with lots to clean.
There were plenty of things to do there to keep us entertained. The basketball and darts came in handy when we wanted to rest from the sun as they were shaded.
It is a peaceful setting and next to the sea where you can easily swim or fish if you prefer. At night the villa is well lit around the pool and in the gardens down to the beech and it is just a beautiful view. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
The only thing I could think of to make it even better for children is a little play area - maybe a small slide, swing and bench as there is plenty of space within the grounds. This could make it more desirable and attractive to other holiday seekers with children.
Overall a very spacious and comfortable property with everything you need. Even speakers for your music whilst sunbathing!
The owner is very friendly, he kept the fresh water pool very clean and was there if you needed anything - god bless him and his family.

Excellent as always
The fact that it's the forth consecutive year we go there says it all. The owner is there to assist us with anything we need, the location is excellent, the villa wonderful and the sea which is literally 10 metres away is so lovely. We love it and will go there again

Pomos village where the villa is located is a quiet and romantic area. Enjoy from the villa the sunset, go to walk on the beach, swim and snorkel. A beach restaurant is just 100 meters from the villa. At Pomos there are another 2 small restaurants, a small market and a bank. The area also is good offered for cycling. <BR><BR>Visit the Pomos fishing harbour just 2 minutes walk from the villa to see the local fishing boats and fishermen and to buy fresh fish directly from them.<BR><BR>Further amenities there are in Polis tourist attraction about 15-20 minutes by car like big supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, night clubs, bars, banks, barber shops, post office and museum and much more. Near Polis in the same distance is located the Latchi tourist harbour area where you can find many fish taverns, water sports, boat hiring and boat trips.

How to get there
From Paphos Airport: Drive from Paphos Airport until you reach a 'T' junction and turn left towards Paphos. After about a 1 km turn right and drive North, then after about 1 km turn left to use the motorway to Paphos. At the end of the motorway you will find a Roundabout. At the roundabout choose the 2nd exit direction to Polis Chrysochous. You will arrive Polis in 25 min. From Polis turn right and drive Eastward. You will find the consecutive villages by the coast road: Argaka, Ayia Marina, Nea Dhimmata and Pomos (about 15 minutes from Polis). After the End of Pomos village you will see the sign to your left side: Pomos Fishing harbor and Astrofegia Beach Villa, just follow the signs where you will arrive after a minute!
From Larnaca Airport: Drive about 50 Km to Lemesos (Limassol) using the motor-way, then about 45 km to Paphos town where in the end of motor way you will find a Roundabout. Then follow the same instructions as above.
