Even though Vasilikos is a popular tourist resort, it remains a large and beautiful traditional village that expands between olive groves and is spotted with local tavernas serving Zakynthian delicacies, seaside bars, mini markets and water sports in order to satisfy all guest needs.
The Villa is located 150-200m from the beach and has a wonderful sea view. It is surrounded by pine trees and olive groves and consists of 6 independent houses, measuring 120m2 each.
They are built from stone the color of the earth, processed by local craftsmen and raw wood, with verandas built from traditional bricks .
The house is comfortable and functional, decorated with traditional furniture, folk art objects and embroideries. The house has a distinguished character, hospitable and homey environment and can accommodate 4 to 10 people.On the ground floor, you will find a living room, kitchen and W.C. with shower.
The living room painted with colors of the countryside and the islands nature, has a fireplace, traditional couches, old mirrors, lamps and embroideries. The couches (with a single bed sized mattress) can accommodate 4-6 extra people.
The kitchen has a casual dining table with a sea view, a traditional dining table and a desk. The interior is made of stone and there are two verandas built from zante bricks. One is furnished with a marble dining table set and the other with a living room set, both offering amazing sea views.
An internal wooden staircase leads up to the second floor with two bedrooms, decorated in stone and wood, and a complete bathroom with bathtub.
The master bedroom is open from one side to the other, cool, with stone engravings on the wall and has a double bed with a tulle mosquito curtain, dresser, desk and television.
The other bedroom has two single beds, a dresser and a television. Both have furnished verandas with a beautiful sea view from which you can feel the refreshing sea breeze.
There is also a veranda on the back side with a view of the olive groves.On the ground floor, you will find a living room, kitchen and W.C. with shower.
There is a play Ground and BBQ.

Decorated to a beautiful standard, pictures so do this place justice. Walking distance to a fab beach, few shops and a couple of taverns. From our trips around the island, I am thrilled by this location as it is certainly the nicest. No horrendous 'strips', no night clubs, and as long as your off the beach late afternoon you'll avoid the party boats, although you will be amused sat on your balcony listening to the Oi Oi Oi!
This place is a little bit of luxury and I am thrilled with the space available. There has not been anything lacking and we loved the breville sandwich maker!
