This is a beautiful new villa in the traditional, friendly and peaceful village, Paleocastro. It has modern design furniture and is equipped with all the amenities. It has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one bathtab with jacuzzi and one with hydromassage shower and simple shower), kitchen, dining area and sitting room with fireplace. There are also balconies and veranda with a private eco-swimming pool with jacuzzi, waterfall, shower and sunbeds. There is parking place for at least 4 cars and lovely views to the countryside. There are many amazing beaches nearby. From only 10 to 20min maximum driving distance and you will be to Mourtia, Kerveli, Klima, Posidonio, Mycali, Psili Ammos. There is a nice village square with 3 excellent taverns that offer greek specialties, fresh fish and meat from local farms. There is also the popular bakery of Paleocastro. Not more than 2km away there are 2 super markets and a petrol station.

Pets are not allowed. Kids are always welcome. However there is not a kid's pool, there is not a playground or any facilities for children. Smoking is not allowed in the house but you can smoke out at the veranda.
Very clean and modern house. The view was priceless. The hostess was very kind and warming. Definitely visiting again!
