About the neighborhood
Puissalicon, a medieval circulade village with its own château. It lies in the heart of the sunny wine producing region of the Languedoc and boasts three domaines, so visits and wine tastings are well worth adding to your list of activities. Puissalicon is a typically busy vine workers village of the region. An epicerie, post office, doctor and a friendly family run cafe & bar serving locally sourced food and wines and periodic entertainment are all less than five minutes walking distance. All the local villages have weekly markets and just a short drive away from Puissalicon are Béziers and Pézenas, each offering plenty of cultural activities and good restaurants.
Getting around
There is a local bus service from Puissalicon to Beziers. There is a train service from Magalas (the next village) to Beziers.
