We came out for Carnivale this past February and it was awesome! Even though it was cold at times, the apartment is warm and cozy. We were still able to walk into the walled city, take part in the parades and visit some of our favorite restaurants. Diamante is located in a very central location for autostrada and state road access, making travel to local Tuscan areas very quick. Siena is not even 30 minutes away by car, for instance. The kitchen is well appointed so you can grab local foods and cook in.

This is our second stay at the Diamanté apartment managed by the Micheli family. It is beautifully decorated, wonderful kitchen and deck with great views and a knock out location for just being in Italy. Walking, sightseeing, shopping are just minutes away. Barbara also invites you to visit them at their other property of Villa Rosa die Venti (just 7 minutes away) where you can sit pool side or walk the hills. This remains as one of my top 3 places in the world I love going too. Not just because if the quality and location of the properties but because of the Micheli family. An absolute dream of a place to stay and visit.

My husband, myself and 2 other couples stayed here for a week in June and absolutely loved it! The owners went above and beyond to make us comfortable. It was a short walk into town for restaurants, shopping, and groceries. Very easy to reach other towns by car. We took the train into Florence and the train station was about 6 km from the apartment. One day we took a cooking class at the villa. Barbara and her family are fantastic hosts and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. Can't wait to go back!

Diamanté is a great place to stay in a great location. The town has wonderful restaurants and shops. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming! The service at Diamanté and Villa Dei Rossa is outstanding! Barbara goes above and beyond to make your stay the perfect Tuscan holiday!

Quiet, comfortable location with very friendly support. Great proximity to Foiano urban center with excellent restaurants.. Easy walk to grocery markets. Excellent proximity to All of Tuscany/Perugia sites of interest. We would definitely return on a future visit. Also enjoyed visiting Rosa de Venti--an impressive country location close by in Creti.

We stayed one evening in Appartamento Diamante in mid August. It was a very clean apartment with all the required amenities. It had three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a very nice scenic balcony and easily accommodated 6 people. The kitchen was well equipped and it had a dining room/family room attached. It was very spacious and walking distance from the centre of the city, restaurants and the grocery stores. The hostess Barbara, was very accommodating and hospitable. If you are looking to stay in Fioano Della Chiana, this is a very comfortable and clean apartment to enjoy during your stay.

I have stayed here many times and took a friend to see it for future reference. We stayed for a week. It is perfect for extended stays and as a base to visit the Tuscany and Umbria regions. As always, this accommodation is deluxe. It is decorated beautifully, it is spacious and comfortable with two full baths and three bedrooms. There is a wrap around balcony/deck and two sets of sliding doors, full kitchen, living and dining room.There is also free on site parking. Location is great, a short walk to town with all the conveniences you need if you wish to cook in the fully equipped kitchen. Lots of good restaurants close by in town and close by. Lots of sights to see within a short drive, Cortona, Arezzo, Montepulciano, Florence, etc. The Micheli family who also own and manage Rosa dei Venti, are gracious hosts and can help with any arrangements you desire while there. I stay here whenever my travels take me to the Tuscany area.

For my yearly Tuscan visit, this is my new favorite place to stay. The apartment has several features that makes it stand out from others in the area. 1. It is in walking distance to the Centro Storico (Foiano). 2. It is fully furnished 3. 3 bedrooms easily fits a family 4. The kitchen is HUGE, which is perfect for cooking with local Tuscan food 5. It is close to the A-1 and the SS highways, as well as several Unesco towns. 6. It is very cozy and romantic, walking into town to buy food and wine, and then bringing "home" to cook in the evenings was a true highlight!
