What can I say, we stayed for a week at the bungalow and it has been one of the best holidays we’ve ever had!! Arrived to a lovely clean tidy home, Wi-Fi, washing machine, tvs, dining table, just a home away from home! The beds are super comfortable, had the best nights sleeps I’ve had in a long time! There’s a Lidl just down the road so it made things cheaper for us by doing a small shop and taking picnics to the beach! Speaking of the beach is a short ten minute walk, five minuets to get into town! Mablethorpe itself is a beautiful place, the beaches are stunning, plenty of entertainment, pubs arcades and shops! I came down with my husband and two young children who both say they’ve had the best holiday ever and want to stay at the bungalow forever!! I can’t thank Jane enough!! Don’t even think about renting gibbos place just do it you won’t regret it!!! We will be back 100000% and can’t wait for our next holiday here!!!

Lovely stay
The bungalow was spacious and comfortable and well equipped. In a quiet area and a nice walk into the centre and beach. The garden was a little suntrap and enclosed so great for the dog to be loose. Will be booking again.

A week holiday
We stayed for a week. 4 kids dog and myself and it was comfortable. Enough space for us all. Garden is a lovely size. The washing machine was a god send. Always a bonus to have a bath on your hols. The high street is minutes walk away. Maybe a few more with little legs (toddlers). Polite neighbours, no road traffic as at the end of a cul de sac.

Loved it here, everything you could want home from home and the bed was so comfortable! Brilliant location, the beach was fantastic, our dog loved it! And we were lucky with the weather, would recommend 100% thank you

Holiday
Had a great week at Mablethorpe.. the weather was beautiful although the forecast wasn't brilliant.. accomodation was clean and tidy an ideal location for seeing all we needed to.. looking forward to going again next year

Dirty & Unmaintained
Be Aware. The property we arrived at was a poor reflection of the outdated photos in the advert - filthy full wheeliebins on arrival, weeds in front & rear garden, knocked down wall at front - poor kerb appeal!
Kitchen: - Dirty bins, work tops, sink & drainer, dirty cutlery & crockery in drawer and dishwasher, fridge & appliances filthy (dare not use the oven throughout holiday)! - dirty floors throughout -
Bathroom - lino lifting / mould on skirting / blistering paintwork / dirty bath
Garden - dirty ashtray and butts on floor (none of us smoke)
Twin Room - blown windows / dirty mattress topper - toe nail clippings on floor - drawers with bits in etc.
Double bedroom: - dirty drawers and disputed damage to mattress topper.
Living Room - placemats and table filthy, TV broken (owner did replace once reported) - electrical wiring nightmare under coffee table.
We were refunded for cleaning products and time we had to spend on cleaning & making Covid friendly at arrival time.(All door handles and switches needed cleaning)
.......and to top it off, we were charged a cleaning surcharge upon leaving for dog poo in the garden. Bit of a joke - property far far cleaner on departure than arrival.
Such a shame we cannot add pictures to this review.

NO hand gel/sanitisors etc.- Covid Nightmare!!

I'm sorry that you had some issues when you arrived. We were under the impression that thus had been resolved at the time.
We do charge for cleaning up dog mess, which there was a lot of, and damages which you were informed about after your stay.
You did say in a message to me that you would have liked to stop again, but obviously you must have changed your mind.

Excellent & ideal for dogs to stay in
A beautifully clean & tidy bungalow with everything you would need provided.We made use of the washing machine & vacuum & excellent Wi-fi & Now Tv.
A fabulous enclosed back garden for my two dogs & a great seating area which was a sun trap.
The bungalow is ideally situated close to the town & beach & friendly neighbours.
This is the second time we have stayed here & we have already booked again for next year.
Would highly recommend this bungalow.
