It has air-conditioning and a ceiling fan and leads straight out onto the roof terrace which has a barbecue, 2 sun loungers and table, 4 chairs and parasol for alfresco dining and relaxation. The property also has portable sun loungers and chairs for the pool and beach. The property is only ten minutes walk away from a gorgeous and very safe beach, suitable for adults and children alike. During the summer it's dotted with beach bars and is a great place to relax. Although Los Alcazares is a peaceful and relaxing little town, there is a small sailing school and various watersports for the more active amongst you, as well as two water parks within 45 minutes drive. The whole area is wonderfully flat and there is a 7km paved promenade which runs along the seafront which is perfect for bikes or buggies. Albatros Residencial is a beautiful and safe gated development, with two pools: an infinity pool and a children's pool. There is a lifeguard on duty for your safety during the peak season. Within a few minutes walk there are two large supermarkets which are fully stocked with everything you could need. There is also a gorgeous plaza full of bars and restaurants serving a variety of cuisines. It's only ten minutes transfer time from Murcia San Javier or an hour from Alicante which means you don't have the hassle of long journeys to and from the airport during your much-needed break. There is plenty of parking outside the apartment, although a car is not essential as everything is a short walk away. We can accommodate up to 6 people and all bed linen and bath towels are included. PLEASE NOTE: AN ADDITIONAL 70 EUROS CLEANING FEE IS TO BE PAID UPON YOUR DEPARTURE. A £100 REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED WITH YOUR FINAL PAYMENT (This will be returned to your bank account within 7 days of returning home, if the property is left in a suitable condition.
