The beautiful communal pool is surrounded by a wonderful Mediterranean garden, forming a safe and pleasant enviroment for adults and children. APARTMENT MARTINI Inside the apartment is fully air conditioned and has absolutely everything the discerning holidaymaker needs for a luxury vacation. There is a spacious lounge/diner with quality furnishings, satellite television with several UK channels, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, and a music system. The well appointed kitchen has all modern appliances, and there is a separate utility room with washine machine. There are two lovely bedrooms, one double with en-suite and one twin, and a second family bathroom. Large patio doors open up from the lounge to a pretty balcony area with views over the communal pool to grape vines and the nearby hillside. A spiral staircase then takes you to a magnificent roooftop terrace. Here you will find a built in bbq, quality outside dining furniture, sunbeds and a parasol. Finally there is even a three metre square paddling pool to keep the kids occupied whilst you prepare the evening bbq. MANAGEMENT SERVICES. This property is managed by Totalcare Property Services, a highly professional local company with British and German bi-lingual staff. Their housekeepers will help settle you into the property and be on hand if you require information regarding local facilities and services. They can arrange attraction tickets, pre-book golf tee times, and gererally ensure your holiday goes without a hitch. INFORMATION REGARDING COVID-19 In these difficult times renters will obviously be concerned that the cleaning and hygiene standards of their rental accommodation will be of the highest standards in order to protect them and their family during their much needed holiday. We at Totalcare Property Services take this duty of care very seriously, and have established protocols for our housekeepers and cleaners which conform to the recommendations of the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control. First time in apartment,everything you need. We also had sunshine everyday,roof terrace extra bonus with plunge pool,couldnt be any closer to amenities top beach and loads of lovely restuarants.also small fair for young children. P.s. no need for a car as you can book a coach from Alicante airport takes you outsides apartment

Just returned from staying in this lovely apartment, would not hesitate to go back. Great location, well equipped, lovely views over the vineyards, amazing swimming pool, everything you could wish for.

Mi familia y yo llevamos muchos años pasando las vacaciones en Moraira y puedo decir que es el mejor alojamiento en el que hemos estado. La limpieza perfecta, el apartamento de unas calidades excepcionales, las zonas comunes muy tranquilas y bien cuidadas, y por supuesto el trato de las dos personas de la empresa que gestiona el alquiler inmejorable, tanto John como Mary muy atentos y muy amables. Seguro que volveremos, mi valoración es que ha sido todo PERFECTO.

Very spacious apartment, with a communal pool and a dip pool upstairs. Very clean and fully equipped, close to supermarkets and all town amenities. 5 mins walk to the beach, views of the surrounding mountains, parking included. Booked based on previous Tripadvisor reviews and it was what was said and more. Definitely coming back ! John and Mary were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely apartment all as described and excellent service from property managers. The apartment has everything that you could wish for, spotless and with all facilities. The roof terrace and splash pool are great for sun bathing and the views from the balcony and from the apartment generally are superb. The main communal pool and gardens are lovely. The apartment is very close to the main town and beach and has an excellent supermarket within easy walking distance. Nothing negative to say about our 2 week stay and can definitely recommend and would revisit again.

My wife and myself recently returned from a four week stay at this apartment and after several visits to Moraira over the last few years this is undoubtedly the best property we've stayed in.For us it ticked all the boxes being spacious,well equiped,walking distance to all ameneties and importantly for us, plenty of outdside space.The apartment has a balcony off the lounge and and a huge rooftop terrace complete with patio furniture,sunbeds,a built in bbq and a large shallow pool. There is also a large swimming pool in the grounds,and the beach is a few minutes walk away.The Moraira Club developement is clearly upmarket and very well maintained. Finally a thank you to John Feek the property manager and Jade who took great care of us during our stay. Hopefully we'll be back next year !

Just returned from a fabulous week in Moraira. Apartment Martini was a great find, so well equipped in a great location, we would definitely consider coming back. Best bits were location, everything within a 5 min walk, supermarket, bars and restaurants and the beach. The pools, the kids enjoyed the roof top pool as well as the communal pool and the town itself, ideal for a family break.

This impressive apartment is really close to the town, seafront and restaurants.(took us about 3 minutes walking). Two supermarkets nearby, turn left out of the main gate for the larger of the two and right towards the seafront/town for the smaller which is open until 2am! The grounds and communal pool are maintained beautifully. The apartment is clean, well furnished, has everything you could possibly need.

We have been to Moraira many time, this is the first occasion we have stayed “in town”. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the harbour / beech, same to Pepe la salles, almost opposite the Friday Market. Distant Sea view, slightly impeded, from the roof. Parking below ground a big bonus. A Quality apartment, well equipped. Basic supplies, milk, bread and water in the fridge when we arrived, a nice touch. Good size open plan living area, bedroom and bathrooms also good. Balcony off the lounge overlooking the pool - shame the weather not quite warm enough in early April to entice us in. Spiral staircase leading to great roof top space with tables chairs, sun loungers and a small plunge pool / jacuzzi -again a little cool to get the full benefit. No need to use the cool air conditioning, although the warm air was useful on occasion. We had a great week, the apartment was a good part of that - many thanks.
