Huge variety of outstanding family restaurants and bars for all ages and all within walking distance situated within Moraira town centre; Moraira is a beautiful up-market, friendly and unspoilt Spanish Town, without higher rise, incorporates quality shops, a quant marina plus two superb sandy beaches with many more and excellent golf nearby.
The villa is particularly well equipped and well placed to enjoy a quality vacation. As this is a 'home' rather than just a holiday villa, the fittings and fixtures are of an exceptional quality and we will ensure if required there is a welcome pack of food and drink to see you through to the following day, so you really can just come in through the front door, unpack and relax. The solar heated pool, terraces - with both sun and shade, table tennis, outside summer kitchen and with a new barbecue and many outdoor dining spaces mean that guests often spend most of their stay at the villa. This is a very private and safe villa in a totally walled garden with electric gates at the end of a very quiet road. It has ample parking space within the premises for several vehicles.

Excelente relación calidad/precio, fantástico alojamiento para dos matrimonios con hijos
Mucho espacio interior, el salón superior muy amplio, menaje y vajilla de cocina muy completo, dormitorios muy cómodos, piscina fantástica, la zona del porche (naya), supone un espacio común y de reunión diaria extraordinario. Vistas al mar, la zona urbanística de Moraira y toda la costa del Peñón de Ifach impresionantes dada su privilegiada posición elevada. La comunicación con el propietario Tim, fluida, instrucciones de acceso y uso muy claras, pero en inglés. Como no todo es de color de rosa, también tiene pequeños defectos, pero no restan demasiado la grata experiencia de vivir una semana en una fantástica villa de la costa alicantina. En definitiva, un 9 sobre 10 para "Casa de sueños". Totalmente recomendable.

Wonderful villa with incredible views
We have been to Moraira on several occasions but never to a villa as fabulous as this one.
What a view ! The photographs do not do it justice, daytime amazing, at night magical.
The drive is good fun, keep your foot hard down in 1st gear and the car is up.
The villa is exceptionally well equipped and furnished, everything you could want and more.
The TV works well with English channels.
There is plenty of room around the pool, sunbeds and chairs galore.
My favourite part was the charcoal BBQ. A glass of Rioja whilst cooking and soaking up the scenery.
Four large bedrooms, two kitchens, dining rooms and comfortable lounges spread over 2 levels, ideal for 2 families who want some privacy.
So much space in and around the villa too.
We stayed for three weeks and wished for longer.
Many thanks to Pam and Ken ( Managers) who were so helpful and responded quickly over a minor query.
All in all we could not fault this villa. Thank you for the chance to stay.

Could not have been better
Beautiful area, lovely views excellent villa,very homely everything you need.
We took our children and grandchildren for 10 nights we had an amazing time could nt fault the villa but you do need a car and we did have difficulty finding the villa so you would need your sat nav but we'll worth it when you get there would certainly recommend it plenty of space inside the villa

Perfect family holiday in a beautiful house in a winderful location
We know the area quite well and had a fanrtastic base in Casa De Suenos for all our activities.. The house was beautifully equipped and very clean,. the view is spectacular. We would love to go back soon.
We had a 7 month old grandson with us and the Naya was perfect to keep the little one in the shade when he needed it
Needless to say that cot and high chair were provided and were excellent.
We spent quite some time in the house and with 6 adults + 1 baby, there was oceans of space for us to use.
Taxi services into town and back were excellent and low cost
Temperatures were unseasonally high but aircon in bedrooms worked well and the Naya was very much appreciated
Overall a beautiful location and house and the whole family had a great holiday
Hope we can come back soon

Beautiful, complete and pleasant villa, with a magnificient view.
We enjoyed very much the splended view of the surrouding.
We were pleasantly surprised to find the necessary ingredients for the first breakfast available, more so because upon arrival we had not found the time yet to shop.
The furniture was more than complete.
The children enjoyed the swimming pool even though the weather was somewhat cool.
The service person was very helpful.
The villa has plenty of rooms. We did not even use the upstairs rooms and kitchen, downstairs facilities were sufficient.
The instructions provided were complete and clear. We found the location without any problem, and entrance gave no problems.

Breathtaking views and spacious holiday retreat
Stayed in Tim's fabulous home this summer with our family and grandparents.
The views from the terrace and house are truly stunning!!!
The house has everything you need x 2 and is perfect for two families or a large group due to the two lounges, two dining rooms and two kitchens.
We spent most of our time in the Naya with the outdoor kitchen, bbq and electric grills/pans. Some tunes and a disc light made it Cafe del Mar tastic.
I fully recommend this spacious home, the drive is steep and I parked the car at the bottom. There's a few steps but this helped work off the tapas and is all worth it for the view.
Couple of mins to El Portet beach and 5 mins into town. Some bars and restaurants within a 5 minute drive.
I'd certainly return!!!

Lovely Villa
Just spent two weeks at this amazing villa. You definitely need a car but because of the height of the villa the views are incredible. The villa is equipped with just about anything you would need. Ideal for two families. Calpe is well worth a visit. We had some wonderful evening meals, we found Casa Toni by accident and so glad we did, food was first class. Lots going on while we were there because it was Moors v Christians celebrations so needless so say we have booked the same weeks in 2006. Thanks Tim for the use of your outstanding villa.

Coast/Beach; El Portet: (4 minutes by car) picturesque small beach, sandy, very shallow, suitable for small children. Tables set out on upper beach terrace, food and drinks available. Cumbre beach (Moraig): easy 3 minutes by car. Stunning scenery, food and drink available from kiosk.
Moraira; (8 minutes by car) excellent sandy beach with restaurants, sun beds, suitable for all children and children play areas. 600 berth quality marina, with superb restaurant and bar areas. Quant historic town, with restaurants and night life that suits all ages.
Golf; La Sella: Marriott, 27 hole golf course - 10 kilometres. Benidorm: 2 x 18 hole golf course - 35 kilometres. Ifach: 9 hole course - 5 kilometres. Javea Golf Club. 18 hole golf course - 5 kilometres. Oliva: 18 holes -30 kilometres.
Distances; Moraira: 5 kilometres - 8 minutes by car. Benitachell: traditional Spanish village: 4 kilometres - 12 minutes by car. Javea: three separate areas: quaint, Old town, cosmopolitan port area and Arenal busy beach -12 kilometres - 20 minutes by car. Altea: historic old town with beautiful church, 30 minutes by car. Benissa: traditional Spanish town with beautiful Church and square 10 kilometers - 15 minutes by car.
Further details; Main supermarkets at the bottom of the hill on the way to Moraira: commercial centre about ten minutes walk offers Chinese, Italian and two quality Indian restaurants, pubs and tapas bars. Go-karting - for all ages (high speed carts for grown-up boys!) about ten minutes drive. Moraira offers a weekly Market (every Friday) which is superb and attracts all the locals offering great bargains and vegetables. There are also other town markets throughout the week in the locality. Moraira is high end quality and a very pretty 'real town', very safe to live in and walk around at night and with a lovely old part and a newer area which has been developed very sympathetically. It has sophisticated shops and restaurants as well as local tapas bars and boutiques and of course, the marina which is gorgeous. The town is vibrant, well managed and offers that “green' environment. There are no higher rise buildings apart from two smaller legacy buildings which are not on the tourist path. It is a very clean and green environment, with plants everywhere, and is a really pretty town! It is an area considered by the World Health Organisation to have one of the most environmentally perfect climates in the world. Moraira has been sympathetically developed, retaining all the old Spanish charm, and is known as the jewel of the Costa Blanca. The town has a blue flag award-winning, clean and safe sandy beach, as well as another lovely sandy cove at El Portet.
On a clear day, magnificent views include east to Ibiza, Calpe's famous Penon de Ifach and the stunning Montgo or 'Elephant' mountains. Access is exceptionally simple via the motorways and roads: Trains run into the heart of Valencia for day-trips and Barcelona and Madrid are within easy reach. And of yes, quality shopping areas aren't far away in Alicante and Benidrom.

How to get there
Arrive at either Alicante or Barcelona airport. If Alicante, car, bus or airport transport will take you to Moraira, around 45 minutes by car. Airport transport can be arranged in advance.
From Barcelona, 450 kilometers, 4 hours drive to Moraira.
I have done both journeys, both involve travelling along the main highway to Moraira, and not dificult to get out of or to either airport, clearly signposted. Main highway is a toll road. Plenty of car hire companies at either airport, my suggestion is to book through the internet in advance where you can find some very good discounted prices.
Alternatively can fly into Valencia which is 1 hour 30 minutes away from Villa.
